Know it, Gaia shudders....the Change In The Earth is upon us...It is amazing.

I began the Bulletin essentially to keep watch on the wobble of the Spin Axis, waiting for anomalies worth writing about. Since then after about five years down the road, we have added a large number of other topics to our watch of the Changes In The Earth while the Spin Axis continued to grind out its slow ponderous cycles. And now here it is....the Change In The Earth has become THE anomaly in the spiraling wobble motion of the Spin Axis. Profound change is under way even as predicted psychically 70 years ago. Just what is underway....is still to unfold and is beyond our ken.

The Moon is today 93% of Full, riding high in the North Node, which will be 100% on January 14, the extreme wee hours for anyone in North America. More or less then Midnight of January 13 in the Mid-heaven is very close to the hour of the Full Moon in the Americas. QUAKE ACTIVITY SHOULD RISE DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES WE ARE IN A TRIPLE WHAMMY PERIOD FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS - This current period through to about January 20 is without doubt the most dangerous period for major tectonic reactions to the cosmic vectors during the past year, since the rupture of the Indo Trench off the Northern portion of Sumatra on Christmas 2004. So far we REMAIN fortunate. We are fortunate because destructive quakes or eruptions have not hit human populations. But soon the Full Moon factor will come into play and keep this Perihelion period a guessing game.

MORE PRONOUNCED THAN EVER – THE POLAR MOTION ANOMALY IS DEEPENING:

WHAT IS NOT A GUESSING GAME IS THAT IN THIS PERIHELION PERIOD (which is perfected approximately January 9 after which the Earth begins to move out away further from the Sun) HAS BROUGHT THE INDUCTION OF A MAJOR ANOMALY IN THE EARTH’S WOBBLE, POSSIBLY THE LARGEST ANOMALY WHICH HAS BEEN SEEN IN OVER 100 YEARS.CONFIRMING LAST’S WEEKS OBSERVATIONS WITH NEW INFORMATION:

A shift in the phase of Chandler's Wobble is most apparent, which will shorten the seven year Chandler's Wobble this time around. As well, a large acceleration in the shift of the average location of the Spin Axis is now "apparent".

STILL, it is a little too early to define the numbers and magnitudes of this shift, the wobble is untidy and may suddenly begin to move in a way which corrects or cancels out some of the anomaly which is now apparent. If so, this would leave us with MERELY the largest “dent” in the wobble which has been seen since the 1930’s.But as things look now, the Earth is being subjected to forces which are inducing a rather large PHASE SHIFT in the timing or frequency of the wobble. This shift is huge.

Apparently, as of this week, about 10 months early on a 7.1 year baseline. To see this shift, go to the Wobble Tracker plot which I composed today at:

As well, the spiral track for 2005 to present (shown in red) is far too tight, showing a pirouette at least one third the size it should be.These things can easily be seen by comparing the small inner circle to the right of the current track. That small circle is the X MIN spiral track for 1999. The plot line begins in black with January 1, 1999. That track was anomalous compared to others during the preceding 30 years. The current track for 2005 (and for the first three days in January) is even stranger.If the track continues along these lines, the total displacement of the spiral for this year will be about .5 arc seconds, some 60 feet, which is about 10 feet per year. This is a rate which is about 4 to 8 times faster than all of the twentieth century.

LAST WEEK I EXPECTED A RECOVERY SO THAT THE WOBBLE WOULD FIT MORE INTO ITS HISTORICAL PATTERN. I NO LONGER EXPECT A RECOVERY. THE EARTH IS CURRENTLY SHIFTING EVERYTHING. THIS IS FULLY THE EQUIVALENT OF THE Q'ERO PROPHECY OF THE "PACHACUTI", A TEAR IN THE FABRIC OF (EARTH) TIME.

A NEW CYCLE IN THE SHIFTING OF THE EARTH’S SPIN AXIS IS OCCURRING AND IT WILL NOT TAKE MANY MORE WEEKS BEFORE WE CAN AWARD EDGAR CAYCE WITH ONE OF THE BIGGEST CLAIRVOYANT HITS OF ALL TIME. I expect that now the Earth’s Wobble will become more and more eccentric in response to its obvious mass-instability. A significant phase shift will show a much faster rate of displacement than the previous century and this rate of displacement is likely to continue to accelerate. The end result will be a “pole shift”, as is said in the pop press, or more accurately, an avalanche of the crust will be the end result. Having said this, it is impossible to guess at the moment how this is grinding out.Clearly we are confirming Cayce’s predictions on a monthly basis. The Change In The Earth is accelerating. Clearly another cycle in the shifting of the poles BEGAN IN 1999 OR SO, DEFINITELY BY THE 2000/2001 dates he affirmed. All this arguably increases Edgar Cayce’s rate of confirmed accuracy for the Earth Changes from 84% to about 92%.

One other factoid impression can be abstracted out of the current anomaly. The Spin Axis is falling towards negative numbers on the X axis, which means that the crust of the Earth is bobbing England currently to the South. (My eyes crossed last week and I reported this as correcting to the North). Or, in other words, the Pacific crust is flowing up over the Pole into the Atlantic Hemisphere. It appears to be doing so along a vector which is approximately Longitude East 170 degrees to East 145 degrees. I do not know what this means at the moment.

THIS ANOMALY, SHOWING UP AT PERIHELION, IS NO ACCIDENT. IT IS PART OF THE (HAMLET’S) COSMIC MILL, THE CYCLES SYNCHRONIZING TO GRIND OUT THEIR INEVITABLE CONSEQUENCES.

Everything happening physically on the Earth is incessantly connected to the cosmic forces here, just exactly as the ancients taught.

Most significantly, the alignment of planets is still sufficient to causemajor solar storms and sudden ionic impacts on the Earth through toabout the end of January.CONTINUE WITH A STRONG HEADS UP. Major quakes could occur in any ofthe usual and historical zones and are still more probable than they have been for at least a year.Settle in somewhere cozy and warm, avoid travel, but be ready to fleefrom coastal zones or major earthquake destruction at the drop of a hat.

Solar Vortex Planets:
AS STATED IN PREVIOUS WEEKS - Currently Venus is moving into alignment with Earth while Mercury aligns on the other side of the Sun with Pluto. This double-headed alignment will be near perfect on both legs about January 9, 2006. Venus and Earth will as a pair move into alignment with Saturn about January 21 while Mercury is close to an alignment with Neptune (which it will perfect a couple of days later).

Apparently the Sunspot Peak of 90 during the last week of December was for the VenusEarth alignment. Thus today’s alignment will probably not produce much change in the current sunspot count of 11. But the January 21 triplet of EarthVenusSaturn likely will induce greater solar activity, which will likely surge out from the Sun anytime from tomorrow through to about January 21.

Solar Vortex Current Conditions

Sunspots have plummeted to 11 (BOULDER NASA COUNT) as of January 7. Flux level. Very little magnetic activity.

The Solar Wind is vapid and NASA reports: "the sun is almost blank. Solar activity should remain very low: flares, geomagnetic storms and auroras are unlikely this week."Basically, the series of planetary alignments through to January 24 will keep us all guessing as major storm waves pound added extremes into this winter's worst weather periods.

EARTH-MOON VORTEX - QUAKE AND VOLCANIC ACTIVITY LAST SEVEN DAYS

MAINTAIN VIGILENCE. WE ARE NOW ENTERING INTO THE FULL MOON SYZYGY. WATCH THE COASTS OF OREGON, SANTA BARBARA, BAJA, CENTRAL AMERICA.

A shallow 5.6 quake struck a little over 100 miles off the coast of Oregon near Coos Bay a few hours ago. Keep mindful of the Cosa Nostra Damus prediction during the next several days. EVERYTHING is primed and momentarily in a state of GO for that prophecy.

COSA NOSTRA DAMUS: (paraphrased) When a quake is felt on the coast of Oregon (most likely Coos Bay), sections of the San Bernardino fault will give way, rattle Santa Barbara and then El Popo will destructively erupt into a major catastrophe.

WATCH FOR THIS SEQUENCE WITH VIGILENCE. When this sequence in California is seen, the more people who call the Mexico City Press and warn about El Popo the better....

THE SET-UP: During the past several days, at least four 4.0 plus mag quakes have struck the Mid-Atlantic Ridge from high to low to high latitudes North and South showing a planetary shape-shifting event. Quake activity in the Carib and Baja plates ARE elevated. The 5.6 struck off the Coast of Oregon, after a 2.5 quake struck in prior days in the Santa Barbara Channel Islands area. Quake activity was also elevated in the Mediterranean, centered around the Southern end of the Peloponnesian Peninsula, which the ancient Egyptians told the ancient Hellenes had begun sinking during the destruction of Atlantis and had broken up and sunk even more at a few major events since then. This zone is dotted also with volcanoes and is a major collision belt between Tectonic Plates. A 6.8 quake struck North of Crete on January 8 and many other smaller quakes dotted the area up and through the Carpathian Mountains in Turkey.Other than this, world quake activity appears randomly widespread and not particularly elevated in frequency or magnitude since January 8 (January 4-8 was elevated in frequency though not magnitude)El Popo was largely sleepy today. SWVC reports 6 volcanoes on the restless list, 61 on the alert list, 20 on the active list. These numbers are about the same as last week, but weekly field updates on nearly all of them for this week announce that almost all of the 20 active volcanoes emitted ash this past week. This probably demonstrates the beginning of this year's "rising tide" in volcano activity, which should increase through to June at least.Erebus, on Ross Sound in Antarctica, one of the most active volcanoes in the world (apparently 100 years nonstop of liquid lava lake and virtually daily strombolian explosions)is once again showing a major peak in its activity, equivalent to the last peak in its activity during the last X MIN phase of the Earth's Wobble.

Since technically we have not quite flown into the X MIN at the moment, this peak of activity is a little on the early side. But perhaps not, perhaps we have entered into it rather early. This volcano, little known, may be an exceptionally important harbinger to the stresses in the Earth's crust. The charts of the monthly and annual count of eruptions at Erebus which are posted at the SWVC are well worth watching for signs of a major shift in the tectonic activity of the Earth.

AS PREVIOUSLY OBSERVED: This period actually has one additional whammy built into it for the Northern Arc of the Pacific Rim of Fire. I cannot explain why, but during a X MIN year when the wobble is as small as it gets during its seven year cycle of expansion and contraction, seismic activity mag 3.0 plus in Japan and California go way up, even doubling overall for the year. This has been seen several times since 1962.Worldwide, overall quake activity above 3.0 decreases or at least seems to "pause" in its growth curve during the X MIN, but overall volcanic activity increases RADICALLY, which is followed in the next expansionary phase of Chandler's Wobble with an increase in the acceleration of Earthquake activity. This pattern has been seen repeatedly since 1973.These patterns can be seen ever more clearly in the charts I have updated for the "Return of the Phoenix".Based on these charts I can predict that 2006 will be the most dangerous earthquake period in California and Japan since 2000, with "big ones" much more probable than during the past several years.

This zone of danger will persist all year and into 2007 through at least the Spring. Thereafter the danger will diminish through the next X Wave cycle of Chandler's Wobble.Volcanic activity is already surging upwards and during 2006 will be more explosive and colorful than in the previous five years.

St. Helens is likely to have the major eruption it has been building up towards this past year, along with Popo, Colima, and of course with major flare-ups in the steady erupters, including esp. Etna and Kilauea.

If St. Helens erupts, expect it will have company in the Far East in Kamchatka, the Aleutians, the Kuriles, and possibly Japan and the Philippines.Any volcanic pre-signaling during 2006 should be taken with GRAVE ATTENTION. Often times the flare up of pre-signals lead to nothing, but during the next 18 months they are more probable than at other times to actually lead to increased activity.

The Stock Markets are irrational, just as they were in 1929. Too much credit driving too many bubbles, along with the same debate as in 1929 about too much credit and too many bubbles.

I previously predicted 2006 for the meltdown, then estimated recently that the meltdown window would be mid-Spring to mid-Fall. SOROS, the mega-billionaire who knows money better than anyone as the world’s greatest arbitrageur of relative values and their movements, now predicts the “recession” will begin in 2007. This will still fit Cayce’s curve to a T. I hope he is right and I hope that I am wrong. If by Soros schedule, boy o’ girl will it be suddenly steep.Almost all observers agree that the housing bubble is the driver of the current economy and that it is bound to break in 2006.

The questions are when, where, how much, how fast. In Arizona, probably last. All the sellers in California are currently buying up property in Arizona after collecting their enormous largesse from the bubble on the Coast. In California, probably first. The values are so unreal you cannot even imagine. Asian money must be the driver. Recess the world economy, that money will disappear in the twinkling of an eye.In the meantime, we are pretty much at the beginning of 1929 with the same kind of psycho-dynamics and vastly over-inflated bubbles at work with easy credit far too easy to obtain to inflate the bubble even more. Welcome to the re-run of the Great Depression, you are still right on time.

AS OBSERVED LAST WEEK: In Iraq, a new government, thankfully, will form, a national unity move will begin, and by March 2006, the U.S. will be asked to leave rather abruptly so that the Iraqi's can get on with fixing the basic utilities in the country with the help of Iran/Gulf States money. So will the U.S. be out of there in, say, six months? With the Iran play now unfolding it very difficult to predict much of anything....see the next item.

VERY PATHETHIC PSYCHO VORTEX:For the benefit of newbies – it continues: this week we continue to witness the Mass Broadcast Industry, esp. CNN, puddle down into a completely obvious morass of editorial stupification in a vain, last desperate effort to hallucinate fig leaves to shield its sheeple from the carnage of the massively imploding U.S. government. Once again the American people were heroically spared almost all exposure to what is likely to be the second greatest corruption case in American history (Ken Lay was the Grandfather of all corruption). Instead reruns of the thrilling Mine Disaster continued to occupy much press attention, buttressed by CNN efforts to focus gavel to gavel coverage of the Alito Hearings attended by Democrats huffing and puffing with concerns and Republicans fawning all over themselves to offer the most superlatives.

Meanwhile Iraq is bloodier than ever while the nations of South America are jumping up and down waving the middle finger to Old Wartime Bush and his Let The Good Times Roll Imperialist Revue Band.

And of course, the implications of Abramhoff’s plea bargain and testimony are rolling through Washington DC like a volley of hand grenades. Several to lots of political careers are going to be greatly and adversely affected, the entire balance of power in the national government could shift as a result. Fortunately, the American people are being spared having to think about this sordid possibility by the dedicated sacrifices of ABC’s, NBC’s, FOX’s, CBS’s, and CNN’s editorial class who are laboring under the severe duress of over-stuffed paychecks in over-stuffed lifestyles. Or perhaps they are working so hard to cover up and ignore the international revelations which are exposing the Zionist maneuvering to set Israel or the U.S. up to mugging Iran on a dark and stormy night.

In any event, this first week in January is especially auspicious at seeing just how crooked the Mass Media has become in their chosen roles as shills to the Great American Empire Dream. With these bubbleheads, a reckoning must come. A free and informed citizenry cannot tolerate these sociopaths.

All the major U.S. news organizations deserve as many rotten tomatoes hurled at them as we are capable of hurling.AND GET THIS. The Bush Administration CANNOT figure out an EXIT strategy because the strategy is, THERE IS NO EXIT STRATEGY AND THERE WILL BE NO EXIT STRATEGY. Least not till BUSH or his successor IS IMPEACHED. DUH.

And of course, most of both Republicans and Democrats are still complicit in this tacit gambit of Mass Deception in support of their One World Dominance Kink.

AS PREVIOUSLY OBSERVED: THE THREAT OF A BROADER WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST AS A RESULT OF WESTERN IMPERIAL POLICIES IS EXTREMELY REAL AND EXCEPTIONALLY GRAVE. Neither Israel nor the U.S. can accomplish their goals with military force against Iran. Yet there really is a faction of well-entrenched Imperialists in the U.S. and Britain who are and who intend to continue to pursue policies of violent dominance against many Arab nations. They continue to think that they can continue to con the American public in supporting their scam and as things look now, they are still amazingly successful with about 40% of the public, and about 70% of the editorial class of the Mass Media. They may figure this is enough to continue.What is it about shills, they cannot stop shilling? Is it sort of like Hotel California, once you go there, you can never leave?

THE SHILLS OF WAR ARE A PART OF THE BIGGEST STORY OF STORIES OF THIS NASCENT CENTURY.

Most unfortunately, the only accomplishment of the Imperial Faction will be rather like their accomplishments in Iraq. There will be the gradual generation of World War IV and about 3 billion humans hostilely polarized for the remainder of Century 21 against everything American and Jewish. Not a very wise course of action. I am completely convinced that the fall of Israeli bombs in Iran will begin the rise of Nostradamus' fated figure, the so-called Anti-Christ, who will essentially be the "Mirror" in which the West will see its own terrible image. Already we can see in Iran the nascent President looking more and more like Bush's mirror. An Israeli strike, in Iran, or an American one, will be conducted by exactly the same arrogant, bigoted, stupid mentality which created "Custer's Last Stand". The result will be the same, except this: the West will not be able to eventually over-run these Eastern lands. The West will then have to look at its horrible reflection in the mirror through a long nightmare of decades of exceptional hostility, violence, and destruction, which in essence, it began.

Further to the East and to the North are large nations which can supply the Middle Eastern Nations with as much sophisticated technology as is needed to resist imperialists, all tradeable for large quantities of highly desired oil, all equally wary, from long past historical experience, of Crazy White Men from the West claiming to be Grand Poobahs of the Greatest Super-Duper Empire On Earth (29th Revival).

How anyone can continue to believe in the Crazy White Man crock of horse@#$& is utterly beyond me. It has about the same level of maturity as the tooth fairy.
