I read this and shudder and think to myself, that the arrest of these "terrorists" will add fuel to BuZh's antiterror rhetoric, just yet another PRETEXT to meddle in the Middle East - the object of that being, of course, to make off with the prized OIL themselves.
The world has gone wild, there is no International Red Cross infrastructure to take care of the entire resistance movement going on against the US or the corrupt officials they prop up.
Scabies are SHIT. I know. I believe that they are truly a disease of the oppressed. To be deny help to treat them is another from of war crime, imho.

Parasitic plague at PKK camps
According to intelligence reports from the Turkish General Staff, a flea and scabies epidemic holds thrall in the PKK's northern Iraq camps. Reports said that PKK terrorists are suffering from the epidemic because they remain in their shelters all day in fear of further TSK operations. It was also reported that the PKK was trying to obtain medication from Syria to combat the epidemic.
According to the same reports, some 200 PKK members wounded in the TSK operations that started on Dec. 16 are being treated at hospitals in northern Iraq. In an earlier statement, the General Staff had confirmed that some PKK members were being treated at northern Iraqi hospitals. It has also been revealed that the anti-Iranian Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan (PJAK) was providing assistance to the PKK, whose technological bases were severely damaged by the TSK operations, and that the PKK was using PJAK radio operators. The two terrorist organizations signed a support protocol in 2006.
