Chomsky on World Ownership

Noam Chomsky is a noted linguist, author, and foreign policy expert. On January 15, Michael Shank interviewed him on the latest developments in U.S. policy toward Iraq, Iran, and Pakistan. In the first part of this two-part interview, Chomsky also discussed how the U.S. government’s belief in its ownership of the world shapes its foreign policy.I don't agree with his elitist views about so-called American leaders' integrity - actions speak louder than words and where ARE they these days - but the rest of the article does contain some good information. The US has just lost its empire REALLY, the treasury is floating only because of another articifically created bubble by socking colonialims' debt repayment in there for the time being - and no one is facing that the liquidation of the US military is coming. Not even Chomsky. What< though< do people expect from any American spokesperson - do they think any of them are going to face the sad truth ??There are a few of them, a handful - sadly, Chomsky is not one of them. He's beating a dead horse and expecting it to drink from his trough.
