DEPLETED URANIUM STRIKES AGAIN-THIS TIME IN THE USA

At last, British-funded study on DU Weaponry has been conducted in the United States. November 18th's Guardian reports that "23 years after a US arms plant closed, workers, and residents have cancer-and experts say their suffering shows the use of such [DU] weapons may be a war crime." a must read and some great links to books included.

I think it should be a war crime, just as the British tests at Maralinga here in Aus should be.
Just as the many hundreds of workers who died after being put to work in the Asbestos mines after the WW2 shouls be a war crime but they are still struggling for compensation let alone justice.
