Pelosi, impeachment, The Hague - RACKET UP THE PRESSURE!!

POSSIBLE EFFORT TO REMOVE PELOSI AS SPEAKER!!

Effort to remove Pelosi as Speaker, making way for impeachment. Congressional candidate has announced support for the plan:

There are options on the table to assert the rule of law. The effort to discuss/pass proclamations to ask Congress to remove Pelosi as Speaker are consistent with this effort: The proclamations to ask Congress to impeach the President:

Some of you reading this may believe that nothing can be done. But there are others you are not aware of that are working with you. Here are some things that are going on, that you can learn from:

Heed the lessons from the attempted proclamations to impeach . . .and apply them to the effort to discuss/pass proclamations to remove the Speaker.

The same discussion that raised the issue of proclamations helped fuel the public discussion, and Kucinich heard the news. Each person who dares to raise their voice, even with just a blog, a private discussion with a friend, or an effort to get your city council or state legislators to act can make all the difference.

You can read the full report, lessons here:

Here is a list of all the people/states which are aware of the Hosue Rule 603 effort, and who have discussed proclamations:

Please note closely, that

there is a majority of the states which are already familiar with House Rule 603 --

permitting the Congress to respond to State Legilatures'/Assemblines proclamations calling on the Congress to start an impeachment ivnestigation.

This is very important:

A proclamation from a State is privilged, meaning that it shuts down all business.

The goal with the effort to remove Pelosi is not an effort by your State legislature to remove Pelosi; but simply your State legislature to ask the House to consider the motion to Remove.

This means that it is within your local-state jurisdication to pass these proclamations; discuss them; and use your leaders' reactions to these efforts to remove Pelosi as a test of whether your leadership is serious about asserting its oath. [Note: on this blog is an entry about California efforts to censure Feinstein. In that debate the Party Chair declared activists and bloggers as "worse than Bush".]

The goal here is to force the Congress to get the Kucinich resolution out of the House Judiciary Committee; and force an investigation of the Vice President.

However, the only option on the table -- at this jucture -- to force this to happen is to raise the credible threat of removing Pelosi as Speaker.

This is critical: Some argue that the DNC -- as a block -- would never support removing Pelosi.

The problem is that the DNC voted to support the Kucinich resolution.

Also, the GOP is already opposed to Pelosi.

One options is for the DNC and GOP Members of the House -- who oppose Pelosi's decision to block impeachment -- to form a New Caucus.

In exchange for the DNC and GOP agreeing to remove Pelosi,

the DNC and GOP may agree to support a new Speaker who is agreeable to the GOP.

It doesn't matter what might happen; the key is this -- the Speaker cannot be sure that the DNC and GOP will not make an agreement to support someone else who supports impeachment, but is from the GOP.

If that is what is required to defend the Constitution and ensure there is an investigation in the House of the VP and President, pleae be open to that.
