Doctor degree. In my experience, only law school graduates who aim to
preen or impress others would bother to call themselves a "Doctor"
based on that sort of degree. That is exactly what your Mr. Graves is
all about.

Finally, I found Mr. Graves one-note samba on HIV and AIDS to be
embarrassing in its emptiness, scary in its anti-science religious
zealotry, and appalling in its tawdry resort to conspiracy thinking.
His general ignorance of the past 30 years in the history of the
political economies of Africa was positively breathtaking and
cartoonish. You deserve the highest praise for staying calm and
resolute in the face of his tendentious and error-filled tirade.

Best wishes and please keep up your fine scientific work of synthesis
that helps expose the flaws, errors, contradictions and bankruptcy of
the orthodox line on HIV and AIDS.

TRILATERAL GOVERNMENT AND U.S. MEDIA SILENT ON U.S. AIDS ORIGIN DOCUMENTS

Since 1997, U.S. patent #5676977 (“TETRASIL”) has sat quietly on the shelf of the government of the United States until recently. Last week, the Federal Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) issued a warning to the public that ‘Tetrasil’ was untested and unproven. However, the FDA was referring to a skin care product by the same name. Yet, upon closer evaluation, we find the FDA did not do their homework with respect to the skin care product as well. The Tetrasil skin care product was also tested and approved by the United States . See U.S. patent#6258385.

In subsequent email communications with the FDA, they have merely ‘thanked me for my comments’. The FDA, like the U.S. government can not have it both ways. They both purposefully exclude from the AIDS equation, the fifteen progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978). If there was a federal virus development program that preceded HIV/AIDS, shouldn’t that program be reviewed and investigated? Therefore, why the hesitancy by the FDA and the U.S. government to review U.S. documents?

The answer lies in the fact there is a substantial basis in U.S. law and fact for the allegation and the conclusion, the United States developed, produced and proliferated the HIV/AIDS. Chief amongst the incriminating and compelling U.S. documents is U.S. House Resolution 15090, page 129 (“SYNTHETIC BIOLOGICAL AGENT”). On June 9, 1969, the U.S. Pentagon sought and received a $10 million dollar Congressional Appropriation to make a “new” infectious microbe for which no natural immunity could have been acquired. The Pentagon says it will have it ready in ten years. We had HIV/AIDS by 1979.

We call upon anyone in the trilateral U.S. government to explain away the compelling sworn testimony of the laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS. We now can place a ’line in the sand’, whereby on our side, we see a clear path to the 22^nd Century upon review and investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978). In the spirit of Dr. King; he would not wait until the next President.

Please google Dr. Boyd Graves for evidence that contradicts your HIV / AIDS statement tonight. In reference to Syphilis, you are partially right, in that the victims of Tuskegee had not been injected with syphilis. However, they were allowed to go untreated for over four decades, in which time they “Injected” their loved ones with the fatal bacteria. My point is, the CDC of 1969 (United States Public Health Service [USPHS] 1932) , indirectly injected unknowing / unsuspecting African Americans with this deadly bacteria.

The MONSTER prior to 1932 was Syphilis. Ironically the origin of the HIV / AIDS has been traced to the same year of the onset of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study. Today Infectious Syphilis is an “Incendiary Device” for HIV/ AIDS! Despite the embracive langue used by Rev. Wright, on this topic, Sir, he was on point. I am respectfully requesting you research these facts and correct your comments made to the American People while on Anderson Cooper 360 this Friday Night.

NIXON AUTHORIZED AIDS UNDER PUBLIC LAW

On March 16, 1970, President Richard Nixon signed into law, U.S. Public Law 91-213. ANY review of his official remarks will leave little doubt the President is talking about a response to ‘overpopulation’. Nixon accurately predicted the ensuing AIDS pandemic, saying,

“…There will be explosive events in the last third of the 20^th Century”.

A review of government events within this time frame reveals significant events occurring from the April 4 – 5, 1969 conference at Fort Detrick (“Entry and Control of Foreign Nucleic Acid”, to the June 9, 1969 Pentagon’s need for a ‘synthetic biological agent’ that depletes the immune system, to the World Health Organization’s June 1969 Bulletin on “Five Years of Study on Visna”, to Nixon’s July 18, 1969 Special Message to Congress on Overpopulation.

Add in the fact that in February 1970, one month before he signed the U.S. law, Nixon had Ordered that all documents (Project NAOMI) relative to the development of HIV/AIDS be destroyed. However, something happened under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Because of FOIA, the American people and the people of the world now have access to several of the progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program that were thought to not exist.

We believe that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would not wait for answers or action until the next President. Any sitting member of Congress can call for review and investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program today. But we do see that Congress has a problem in its funding (appropriations) for the development of HIV/AIDS. In the public budget, Congress funded over $550 million dollars for the development of HIV/AIDS, See, page 5, progress report #15, U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978).

We have been led to believe that senior Congressman John Lewis (D. Ga.) is going to respond to the solid evidence of the laboratory birth of AIDS, as well as the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS, U.S. patent #5676977. See, www.uspto.gov. In this regard, U.S. House Resolution 15090, page 129 is “absolute evidence” the U.S. Congress funded the development of HIV/AIDS. It is consistent with the May 1946 Appropriations as is recorded in Time Magazine, June 3, 1946 article, “Better” Than the Bomb.

According to the experts, the U.S. Special Virus program lies at the heart of the AIDS pandemic. See, www.boydgraves.com/comments/. The program’s 1971 blueprint, “research logic” flowchart is irrefutable evidence of the “intent”, “purpose” and “design” of the United States to make a “contagious cancer” that “selectively kills”. The 1971 blueprint depicts the development, production and proliferation of the esp-1 virus. The 1971 virus particle (electron microscope) of the esp-1 virus is IDENTICAL to the government’s 2008 virus particle of HIV/AIDS as is identified in the government’s 2008 poster, “Understanding HIV and AIDS”.

Although Nixon signed the development of AIDS into ‘public law’, some 38 years ago, no one to date can explain when ‘visna’ (Icelandic sheep disease) crossed species so as to become the etiological agent of HIV/AIDS between 1971 and 1983. Any review of the fifteen progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program will solve and end HIV/AIDS. Equally true, the American people and the people of the world are entitled to “clinical trials” of the ten-year old AIDS CURE still on the shelf.

If Dr. King could respond to this travesty, by ‘turning over in his grave’, he would be a “spinning top” by now. Join our ‘Plan’ to end HIV/AIDS.
