WAKE UP KURDISTAN !! : Axin Arbili in OpEd News
KurdishMedia.com - By Axin Arbili
There is no change for the better; there is no turning point in our history: The anti-Kurdish forces of the past are the anti-Kurdish forces of today. Despite the end of Saddam’s dictatorship five years ago, there is still no freedom for the Kurds, no free Kurdistan even in so-called liberated Iraq. Our enemies are busy, as ever, with maintaining the status quo in the Middle East, and they are successful. In return for Kurdish efforts of reconciliation and goodwill, Arabs, with the help of the Turks, have stopped the referendum in Kerkuk and are now doing everything to abolish that constitutional requirement and right. The Kurdish city and especially the oil there are still regarded “Arab patrimony”, and under Saddam this meant Anfal: large-scale ethnic cleansing, deportations, displacement, genocide.
The Kurdish genocide; the murder of more than 350,000 people, the displacement of millions; the depopulation and destructions of the Kurdish landscape seems to have quietly disappeared from collective conscious, from the collective memory and public political discourse; it has almost become irrelevant to our leaders. Nobody remembers the referendum in which the Kurdish people in the south declared their will for self-determination and independence; today we do not see the implementation of the only legitimate will, but we see the instructions and will of Washington, Baghdad, Damascus, Tehran, Ankara being implemented. The Kurdish leaders in Iraq have become collaborators and clients of US global empire.
The question to be asked and answered is thus: What did the Peshmerga actually fight for in “Operation Iraqi Freedom”? Did they really fight for Kurdish freedom or did they risk their lives so that instead of Sunni Arabs their Shiite kin get the opportunity to rule Baghdad and thus Kurdistan? The answer is quite clear. We missed a unique opportunity to tell our enemies and the world that we don't want to be part of that criminal and hated creation of British imperialism called Iraq; that we want the sanctity of our homelands recognized under international law, that we want a free and sovereign Kurdish society, protected by a Kurdish state and army; that the insults, intimidations, threats, aggressions, crimes against us must end for once and all. Instead of doing the right thing, the Kurdish leaders decided to become presidents and foreign ministers of that terror state of Iraq; we see how they listen to our enemies and follow imperial instructions; we see that there is no progress and peace for our nation. In the political and cultural realities of the world, we do not even exist. We are called Iraqis; south Kurdistan is just northern Iraq in the eyes of the “international community” and others.
The scale of racial hatred against any form of Kurdish independence or even a Kurdish city administration is unimaginably deep and egregious when we compare that the Arabs already have 22 (twenty-two) independent sovereign countries with tens of thousands of rich cities and a population of 350 to 400 million; that there are 7 (seven) independent sovereign Turkic states, 16 (sixteen) Autonomous Turkic republics, with a Turkish/Turkic population of more than 200 million; that the combined Arab und Turkish land masses represent a vast area stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to Central Asia and beyond; that Turks and Arabs fully enjoy all human and ethnic rights monitored under international law. Despite all of their territorial and material wealth (including the largest oil reserves), despite their numerous states, and despite calling themselves compassionate Muslims, Turks and Arabs are not willing to allow the Kurds, who have no other allies or kin, let alone friends, to exercise the same human and ethnic rights, to have their historical, moral, legal rights for self-determination and for their own sovereign country realised.
The “international community” couldn’t care less. Arab oil and Nato-membership of Turkey are too precious for the West to jeopardize by supporting the despised, poor and powerless Kurds. Consequently and historically the USA/EU/NATO have supported their client states rather than supporting democracy and justice in the region. Outside the western spheres, there is no such thing anyway. There are only vital strategic and material interests. There is no right or wrong, moral or immoral for the West when it comes to its vital interests; there is only the will and force to achieve the objectives by all means, at any costs, including genocides. In the Middle East, these are access and control of the energy reserves and expansion of control to yet uncontrolled regions (Iran, Caucasus, Central Asia, etc.). In the new strategy paper of the US military for the 21st century, it is now explicitly and officially stated what has been US foreign policy practice for decades and centuries: continuous warfare for depleting energy, food and water resources together with their European kin and local puppets. Since these resources are in other countries and belong to other peoples/races, the US military officially declares to continue targeting the indigenous populations whenever necessary; it other words, there is no distinction between civilian and military; the other culture as a whole is an enemy of the US if it’s in the way. Freedom? Democracy? Only the most naïve and manipulated can still believe in a benevolent Uncle Sam.
So while the Arabs are attacking us in “legal” ways and/or by using terror to prevent Kerkuk becoming part of Kurdish administration; all of the Kurdish territories are under constant attack by the Turkish air force to kill as many “Kurdish terrorists” (= free Kurds) as possible. The Turks are assisted by the Iranian army, and the actions of both the Turkish and Iranian military are approved and supported by the USA/West! On the one side Kemalists and Mullahs are conducting warfare against a defenseless people in open violation of all rules and conventions; on the other there is the “international community” deliberately looking away and allowing crimes against humanity. The UN general meeting demonstrated this once again openly and directly when representatives, including Ahmadinejad, delivered their speeches. He was talking about God, justice, beauty, harmony, brotherhood of man, while at the same time the Iranian army is carrying out its war against the Kurdish population; and the “international community” is wondering whether or not Iran has peaceful intentions toward the West. These are satanic double standards and they show unambiguously that the West is not bothered about the Kurdish situation and fate. The barbarism of the Turkish/Iranian military is matched by the selfish brutality of the West. While some delegations were absent; the foreign minister of Iraq, who is a Kurd, was present and listening. And not only was he present and listening, he actually applauded when this prophet of evil finished his deceitful speech. It was like a scene from a nightmare or directly from hell. I could only feel shame and anger as there can be no understanding let alone justification for such disgraceful behaviour. How can you, as a Kurd, applaud him when this man only has murderous contempt for you and your people. He is the head of a state which is determined to crush Kurdish rights, which imprisons, tortures and kills Kurdish intellectuals and human rights activists; which has been cooperating with the Turks for centuries in occupying and exploiting Kurdish lands; which has always been anti-Kurdish in theory and practice. Knowing all of this, how can you just sit there comfortably, listen and applaud this false prophet when you could, in your position as foreign minister, inform the world public of Iranian and Turkish atrocities?
Our enemies will not take us serious with such figures, they can only laugh at us and do what they like. No wonder that the world has no clue about our tragedy, that the only thing they can relate Kurds to is either terrorism or that we are just plain stupid or masochistic.
The Turks have been demonstrating their contempt for centuries. While we are begging for some democracy; their “constitutional court” is considering the closure of the only Kurdish party in Turkey just because this party wants a free and democratic society with equal rights for every one and, above all, because it is a Kurdish party that represents the Kurds. For the military rulers in Ankara, Kurds representing Kurds and insisting on Kurdish right is just another form of terrorism that needs to be eradicated. As all the previous Kurdish parties were shut down, it is more than likely that this one will also have the same fate. Even if it is not shut down now, it will be reminded of the Turkish sword hanging over its head, ready to be used at any time the party/Kurds say anything different than Kemalist state slogans.
We need to wake up and understand: Democracy is not in the interest of the ruling elites as it would mean the end of Kemalism/Turkish supremacy. Consequently there is no real democracy, all these Turkish parties, the parliament, the courts, the government only a façade for the “international community”. Behind the scenes, the US-backed generals pull the strings and make these puppets move as they wish. If one of them dares to get out of line, there is always the threat and possibility of a military coup to re-arrange and re-install the Kemalist order even more brutally. But as the Turkish society has been thoroughly Kemalized by the Kemalofascist military, bureaucracy, and judiciary for almost a century, and as it has also been thoroughly Islamized by the their Muslim leaders, with their strong economic base; there is no danger of any form of subversion from the Turkish people against the status quo or any wish for real democracy. As long as there is Western support and financing of the Turkish fascist order, as long as the Kurds have no voice and are powerless slaves of Western and local forces; the Turks, Arabs, Iranians, Westerners are quite content and happy with the status quo called “Middle East”.
Given these global, geostrategic, socio-political realities, any talk of democratization of such societies becomes ridiculous, absurd if not pathological. And it is absolute and utter hubris to believe, let alone to suggest that Kurds, as freedom fighters or as political fighters, could democratize Arab or Turkish societies in any way. Not only that Kurds don’t have the means, but they also don’t have the right to attempt any such mad thing. If these societies or states prefer a Kemalist, Baathist, Islamist system or whatever system they want, it is their decision and choice. These are separate societies, separate peoples, separate states. Even Israel, the nuclear and industrial superpower of the region, makes no claim or has a plan of democratizing the Palestinian Arabs or any other Arabs for that matter; how can Kurds talk about democratizing others?! This form of thinking is purely idealistic, wishful, delusional and thus a total waste of time. It will not help our cause in any way, it has just hindered it and blocked real progress, and thus it only has played into the hands of our enemies.
But we have no more time to lose. We are dealing with hostile barbaric forces which only have contempt for us if we try to civilize them with democratic rhetorics and plans. They insult us, spit into our faces, torture and kill us in return to demonstrate that there is no such thing as Kurdish rights. Look around, animals even have more rights in Turkey, Iran, Syria and in the world than Kurds. They make it absolutely clear and act upon the understanding that it's in nobody’s interest that we exist.. The Turks, Arabs, Iranians have been carrying out physical and cultural genocides against the Kurdish nation without any action, even without any real protest from that “civilized international community”. Although on legal and moral basis, these states ought to be sanctioned, boycotted and punished; you see how they are officially recognized and welcomed at every international forum and in every organization.
Wake up and understand; begging for democracy will not bring us anywhere. Has it brought us the freedom of our language, the freedom of speech, freedom for education in our native language; are there any Kurdish institutions, universities? Where are the Kurdish names for our children, towns, landscapes? While we should be demanding our right for self-determination and independence, we don’t even dare to ask for some form of autonomy. The Kemalist and Islamist Turks will not accept even the basic human and ethnic rights; and the democratic Turks are only a few and totally powerless. What they are selling as democratic reforms is meaningless in practice or simply a show for the entertainment of the EU.
Wake up and understand: The Turks are afraid of real democracy. They instinctively know that it would mean losing more or even all of their conquered lands. They are not the indigenous people of this region and thus feel insecure in foreign territory. 500 years of occupation of Anatolia has not changed this fundamental reality in the Turkish psyche. They are descendants of conquerors and occupiers and there is no way back. As the Ottoman Empire was created and maintained with the Turkish sword, so today physical force remains the only instrument to maintain what is left. With the end of their empire, there is only one remaining target: the Kurds. As long as there are Kurds, they will be reminded that they are illegal occupiers; that it is not their country; that they are intruders; thieves, murderers. Real democracy will necessarily lead to acknowledgement of these facts, recognition of the Assyrian, Greek, Armenian, Kurdish genocides, and to compensation. Therefore, real democracy is not in the interest of the Turkish people as a principle, and it will never happen under such conditions.
Wake up and understand: A peaceful, equal, democratic co-existence between the Turkish and Kurdish peoples within the same borders is impossible as the Turks don’t accept the Kurdish nation. Therefore, it is wrong to think and irresponsible to suggest that as Kurds we do not need our own protective state when history clearly demonstrates and teaches that peoples and populations were massacred and genocided precisely because they did not have their own protective states, precisely because they did not have borders to protect them from genocidal assault.
Has mankind changed meantime? Do we now live in a world of brotherhood and justice? Have we overcome our barbaric instincts of attacking and destroying other cultures, of conquering other countries and enslaving native populations? Do warfare and ethnic cleansing belong to the past? Do cultures and countries fully and harmoniously cooperate to overcome their problems? Has the fighting and murdering for resources stopped, has the desire for imperial world dominion ended, are conflicts now being finally settled peacefully?
No, nothing has changed and the US and their “allies” are making sure that nothing will change and business continues as usual.
Democracy is not their language, so it should not be the one to use when confronted by them. This is a life or death confrontation, it is literally about survival or total annihilation. There is no time for illusions and self-delusions, we finally need to wake up and do what is possible and necessary. Let’s be clear and remember: In the Turkish and world media, in the propaganda of Western real-politics, we are terrorists whatever we do or say; the Turks and others make sure that our legitimate demands are officially regarded as terrorism and fought. We need to focus on the task ahead: It is to fight for the liberation of Kurdistan, for the creation of a united Kurdish state. This is our right and obligation – and it is justified historically, morally, legally! This must be our only goal and it must be the goal of all Kurds under foreign occupation. An independent sovereign state is not a theoretical concept, it is essential to the life and culture of a people; it is the home, shelter, protector of the people. It is the only guarantor of its future! How can one deprecate the importance of a state? How can one suggest that it is an ideological entity; that it is a bourgeois invention or plot? That is absolutely irresponsible and the propaganda of the enemy. Our only chance is a clear understanding of our situation and determined implementation of a strategy leading to the declaration of the state of Kurdistan. Otherwise there will be no freedom, no security, and above all, there will be no dignity, no honour for the Kurdish nation. Without our own state; the Kurdish people will continue being in slavery, will remain at the mercy of hostile, aggressive powers, and will be constantly at risk of total physical annihilation by these powers at any time.
There is no other way but absolute liberation. The West has and will not help. On the contrary, with the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline, running through ancient Armenian and Kurdish territories, the American-Turkish-Israeli-Georgian alliance has been cemented for good. We must now seek for some kind of cooperation based on the principle that the enemy of your enemy is your friend. In our case, our enemies’ enemies are Russia and China. The US and Nato have plotted new strategies to harm these countries and keep them out of the central Asian oil and gas markets. Two new power blocks are forming now, the NATO plus local clients led by the USA/EU on the aggressive-imperial side and the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) and CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) led by Russia and China on the defensive side. We are right in the middle of this confrontation, which seems to be inevitable and could lead to global wars. It will be impossible to remain neutral and if we don’t want to be crushed by both, we need to decide now where we will stand to achieve our goal of a free recognized Kurdistan.

Canadian Prosecution of George W. Bush
Canadian Prosecution of George W. Bush
Submitted by davidswanson on Sun, 2005-11-27 21:37.Lawyers Against the War Charge George Bush of aiding, abetting and counselling the commission of torture.
A Vancouver Lawyer has won a procedural victory in her attempt to prosecute U.S. President George W. Bush under the Criminal Code.
Gail Davisson, cofounder of an international group of jurists called "Lawyers Against the War", expressed her delight on October 18 following the lifting of a publication ban on court proceedings against the U.S. president.
The lawyer got the ball rolling against Bush as soon as he set foot on Canadian soil for his November 30, 2004, visit. As a private citizen, she charged him with seven counts of counselling, aiding, and abetting torture as Abu Gharib prison in Iraq and at Cuba's Guantanamo Bay naval base. She had her charges accepted by a justice of the peace in Vancouver Provincial Court.
Bush faces' prison time if the case goes to trial and he is found guilty.
On August 17, 2005, Editorial Manager of MWC News contacted Ms. Davidson asking for permission to publish the reports and details of the charges against President Bush. Gail Davidson replied with the following letter;
"
Dear Mr. Vahdany,
Re. your request to republish the 'Prosecuting Bush in Canada' article - at the pre-hearing conference on August 25th, Mr. Justice Dohm made a temporary gag order and accordingly we cannot discuss the matter with you and we do not authorise publication of any material captured by the publication ban. The matter of the continuation of the publication ban will be argued in court on Sept. 29th.
Sincerely
Gail "
MWC News contacted her following the lifting of a publication ban and we could obtain the documents.
BACKGROUND: Prosecution of George W. Bush for Torture at Abu Ghraib and Guantánamo Bay Prisons
Lawyers against the War--LAW learned, on November 17 2004 that George W. Bush was coming to Canada on or about November 30 2004. Between November 17, 2004 and November 30, 2004, Lawyers against the War wrote to various ministers of the Crown including the Prime Minister and the Attorney General of Canada advising of the fact that George W. Bush stood accused by credible and knowledgeable groups and individuals throughout the world of the most grave crimes known to law including torture and therefore ought, by law, to be denied entry to Canada. LAW advised the Ministers that George W. Bush’s responsibility for torture and other crimes that he knew were being committed, or ignored through willful blindness, or failed to prevent, derives from his ‘command responsibility' as President of the United States of American and Commander in Chief of U.S. Armed Forces and also from his direct involvement in the formulation of policy. LAW received no reply to any of these letters and George W. Bush entered Canada on November 30th 2004.
On November 30 2004, Gail Davidson, co-chair of Lawyers against the War filed an information charging George W. Bush as President of the United States and Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces of aiding, abetting and counselling the commission of torture at Abu Ghraib and Guantánamo Bay prisons. The information was accepted and filed by the Justice of the Peace at the Provincial Court of British Columbia at 222 Main Street in Vancouver, B.C. under court file number 128960-1.
N.B. When an information is laid by a private person, the Justice of the Peace, must refer to information to a judge for a hearing to determine whether to compel the appearance of the accused. The appearance of the accused would be compelled by an arrest warrant or a notice to appear if the information is supported by ‘reasonable grounds’.
The Attorney General is entitled to attend this process hearing and to test the evidence and grounds presented by the informant.
Because the Justice of the Peace failed to refer to information to a judge for a process hearing, Davidson attended at the Courthouse on December 2nd to request a hearing date and was advised to attend in court on December 6th to fix a date for a process hearing. On December 6th the Crown advised the judge that “we will not be simply fixing a date…The Crown is making an application that this information [charging Bush with torture] is a nullity.

Town Hall Crowd Calls for Bush Impeachment
Published on Monday, September 24, 2007 by The Oregonian by Harry EsteveAt a lively town hall meeting Sunday, billed as a discussion about “peace and accountability,” emotions directed at U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauer ranged from calm to screaming mad. Nearly all of it was about one subject:
Impeachment of President Bush.
Angered by what they view as an immoral war and a corrupt administration, the crowd hammered on the theme of a congressional trial of Bush and wondered whether the controlling Democrats have the spine for it.
“People spilled blood to create this country and get this Constitution,” said Lenore Norrgard, of Northeast Portland. “Impeachment should be at the top of the agenda.”
She, like just about everyone else who used the word, got a thunderous applause from about 250 people who attended the meeting, held at the Hollywood Theater. At least half in the audience wore red T-shirts emblazoned in white with the single word “IMPEACH.”
A handful of speakers were hostile, calling Blumenauer a “coward” for not outright calling for Bush’s impeachment. Some said Bush should be tried for treason. And one, to some applause, said the president should be executed. Most were civil, if blunt.
“Courage is what we expect of our elected officials,” said John Bradach Sr., of Northeast Portland, whose nephew was killed in Iraq. “It’s clear the Democrats in Congress do not have the courage” to cut off federal money that pays for the war in Iraq.
Although impeachment is only a distant possibility — Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has said it’s off the table — it’s clear that the debate over Iraq has shifted toward a discussion of how to hold Bush and, to a lesser degree, Vice President Dick Cheney, to account. In a written preamble to his town hall meetings, Blumenauer said “impeachment should be among the options.”
Before the meeting started, Blumenauer signed an oversized document called the “Oregon Declaration of Peace,” in which he pledged: “I will vote ‘no’ on any appropriations bill that will continue U.S. military operations in Iraq.”
Blumenauer cut off comments after about an hour and a half because he had to attend a memorial service of a friend. People in the audience began calling at him to respond to their questions about impeachment.
Bonnie Tinker, of Northeast Portland, one of the last to speak, urged everyone in the audience who favored impeachment to stand. Only a few remained seated. Then people began chanting, “Stand up, Earl!” He remained seated.
“I appreciate the focus, the passion, the determination and the courtesy shown today,” he said. “I’m going to spend some time chewing on what you had to say.”
He said he would post his response later this week on his Web site, an answer that clearly disappointed many in the audience.

The Abu Ghraib Prison A Gift From the Sons of The Devil and Raping Iraqi's
Tuesday, 22 July 2008 00:00 www.daily.pk
There is now a disease – a malady so pervasively evil – among our youth, that it can only be described as demonic. This shameful phenomenon did NOT happen over night but was the result of decades of moral rot in our schools homes and everyday lives. I was once proud to be called an American and would have laid down my life to preserve those freedoms and ideals which were the wellspring of American tradition in the very best spirit of the memories of our Founding Fathers and their Christian based foundations for this brave new world in which I was raised.
All that has changed and we are now nothing more than a zoo of wild soulless mindless compassionless materialistic ignorant animals. We have evolved into a race of sadistic monsters capable of any crime and any horror in our new ‘improved’ world of Zionist incited ‘relative morality – Godless to THE EXTREME!
I remember the occurrence of mindless brutality in Mei Lai Vietnam – and how America recoiled in horror at the savagery unleashed by Lt. Calley against helpless civilians. Even though we were in a war situation with a REAL ENEMY – as ANY COMMUNIST ANYWHERE is – we as American people still had the humanity and wisdom to separate deceptive political lexicon such as ‘casualties of war’ and ‘collateral damage’ from genuine war crimes. “Collateral damage” was the favorite mantra of the Zionist high priestess of sadism and disgusting little dwarf troll Madeline Albright, as she, in typical cruel Zionist fashion - trivialized the murder of countless innocent gentile children as meaningless. We did the right thing and I was proud that we did NOT hide behind that sick demented “ my country right or wrong” mentality.
NONE of the Arab world have ever been our enemies – UNTIL Zionists created enemies out of them by supporting WAR against ALL ARAB PEOPLE – murdering their families and children and destroying their homes and dreams. THAT is why you see no demonstration nor hear no dissident voice from ANY high profile Zionist against the horrible war crimes we are committing DAILY – ALL FOR THE ZIONIST! OF COURSE THEY NOW HATE US. We join the Zionists in killing their sons and daughters. If I were an Arab father and watched MY beloved children ripped apart by US weapons and US soldiers 24-7 for more years that the ENTIRE SECOND WORLD WAR – I would do everything in my power to avenge my family. And unless the man reading this blog is a spineless worm – you would feel the same way!
We are WRONG! WE have done MONSTROUS EVIL to innocent people and one way or another WE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT WE HAVE DONE.
Any goodness that we had has been lost to the shrill madness that has exemplified the endless war crimes committed AND UNHEEDED by our now criminal government. What follows is but the tip of the iceberg of demonic madness in a military with a criminal mentality as evil as any in history. Read and learn then to see how low we have sunk as a nation of rapists killers and sadistic criminals! Some four decades ago - over a hundred innocent civilians were murdered at Mei Lai – and yet it troubled the collective conscience of an entire nation. As of – July 2008 – our young killers have MURDERED over ONE MILLION innocent helpless unarmed civilians – MOSTLY CHILDREN – and it is discussed NOWHERE TODAY! Our EVIL AXIS of the US BRITIAN and ISRAHELL have created Over FIVE MILLION refugees. What happens when those who’ve grown up on Hollywood grown up on Hollywood?
War movies and graphic video games are sent to the frontline?
“It’s the ultimate rush — you’re going into the fight with a good song
playing in the background,”
states one soldier. This is a war fought by the first playstation generation. As Rolling Stones journalist Evan Wright explains:
“One thing about them is they kill {CORRECTION PLEASE: MURDER!} very well in Iraq.”The Zionization/destruction of the American conscience has now been complete! The Godless ruling elite in IsraHELL have finally achieved the total moral destruction of the American people through the destruction of our TRUE Christian heritage. NOW – look at the TRUE FACE of what the American people have become with a little help from the Zionist parasites that occupy America today.
Remember – these horrors happen EVRY DAY in Iraq and Palestine. The only real difference in the crimes is that in Iraq we commit war crimes for the Zionist against his enemies and in Palestine the Zionist commits war crimes against his enemy using our money, equipment, AND BLESSINGS!
During the trial of Pfc. Lynndie England, now doing three years in a military prison for her part in the Abu Ghraib prison war crimes, she was asked if there were other things that happened at Abu Ghraib, things that were not photographed, she said, “Yes.” When asked if there were worse things that happened, she again said “Yes,” but would not elaborate.
While testifying before a Senate panel on May 7, 2004, the now discredited Donald Rumsfeld confirmed that certain videotapes and photographs of the horrific sexual tortures at Abu Ghraib have yet to be released.
“If these are released to the public, obviously it’s going to make matters worse,”Rumsfeld admitted.
What do these not yet released videotapes and photographs show? The answer is now slowly but surely surfacing as people who know are beginning to talk. The truth about these videotapes and photographs in the Pentagon’s custody is more horrific than anything made public so far.
The videotapes and photographs that have not yet been made public depict, according to former Abu Ghraib prisoners, bestial US intelligence interrogators and military police personnel raping and sodomizing Iraqi children as young as 11 years old. Some of the new information became known this week when a former Abu Ghraib prison guard posted a video on YouTube.Com confessing to the repeated gang rape of a 15 year old Iraqi girl in custody. The video at http://youtube.com/v/
Voice of the guard at Abu Ghraib and another person is heard:
….girl, she was probably like 15 years old. Yeah, she was hot dude. The body on that girl, yeah, really tight. You know, hadn’t been touched yet. She was fucking prime. So….
***
One of the guys started pimping her out for 50 bucks a shot. I think at the end of the day he’d made like 500 bucks before she hung herself.
Really?
Yeah. (laugh)
She hung herself? How’s come she hung herself?
I don’t know. She wasn’t happy. (laugh)
***
In their culture, it’s really shunned upon if you get raped. I guess she would have been stoned to death by her people. It’s fucked up.
She was fucked anyway, I guess. In more ways than one.
(more laughing)
***
You didn’t get shit from the CO, did you?
No, not until those fucking pictures came out. After then the biggest rule was no fucking cameras.

End of Transcript
The information on the above videotape is collaborated by Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh. He has maintained that the Pentagon has videotapes of boys being sodomized at Abu Ghraib prison. “The worst is the soundtrack of the boys shrieking,” Hersh said. Seymore Hersh first gained worldwide recognition in 1969 for exposing the My Lai massacre and its cover-up during the Vietnam War.
More collaborative statements concerning the sexual torture of children at Abu Ghraib have been made by the surviving prisoners themselves. The following is an excerpt from a statement provided by Kasim Mehaddi Hilas, Detainee #151108, on January 18 2004:
The following is another testimony of sexual torture of Iraqi children from a statement provided by Thaar Salman Dawod, Detainee #150427, on January 17, 2004:
“I saw [name deleted] fucking a kid, his age would be about 15 years. The kid was hurting very bad and they covered all the doors with sheets. Then when I heard the screaming I climbed the door because on top it wasn’t covered and I saw [name deleted] who was wearing the military uniform putting his dick in the little kid’s ass. I couldn’t see the face of the kid because his face wasn’t in front of the door. And a female soldier was taking pictures. The sodomizer [name deleted], I think he is [deleted] because of his accent, and he was not skinny or short, and he acted like a homosexual (gay). And that was in cell #23 as best as I remember.”
“I saw lots of people naked for a few days getting punished in the first days of Ramadan. They came with two boys naked and they were cuffed together face to face and Grainer was beating them and a group of guards were watching and taking pictures from top and bottom and there was three female soldiers laughing at the prisoners. The prisoners, two of them, were children. I don’t know their names.”
One of the most horrific incidents at Abu Ghraib is told by a 16 year old Iraqi girl in her own words. Nadia, in tears, narrated her story:
Nadia elaborated while tears poured down her cheek, a telling sign of just how much she has suffered.
“I was visiting one of my relatives, and suddenly the American forces attacked the home and started to inspect it. They found some light weapons. So, they arrested all people in the home including me. I tried to explain to the interpreter, who was accompanying the American patrol, that I am just a visitor. However, my trials failed. I cried, begged them, and I lost consciousness from fear when they took me to Abu Ghraib prison.
Nadia continues “they put me alone in a dark and dirty prison cell. I expected that I will be released soon, especially when the investigation proved that I hadn’t committed a crime”
“The first day was so burdensome. The cell was malodorous, humid and dark, and this condition increased the fear inside me more and more. The laughs of the soldier outside the cell made me even more scared. I was afraid of what would happen to me. For the first time I felt that I was in a difficult gridlock and that I had entered an unknown world that I would not get out of.
In the middle of these different feelings, I heard a voice for an American soldier woman who was speaking in an Arabic language. She said to me: “I didn’t imagine that the weapons’ traders in Iraq are women.” When I started to explain to her the circumstances of the situation, she beat me cruelly. I cried and shouted “By Allah! I am oppressed, By Allah! I am oppressed”
The soldier showered me with insults in a way that I have never thought possible or that I would ever be subjected to under any circumstances. Then, she started to deride me saying that she was monitoring me all the day via the satellite, and that they can track their enemies even inside their own bedrooms by American technology.
Then she laughed and said: “I was watching you when you were making love with your husband.” I replied in a confused voice “But I am not married”.
She beat me for more than one hour and she forced me to drink a glass of water, and I knew later that they put a drug in it. I regained my consciousness after two days to find myself naked. I knew immediately that I have lost something that all the laws in the earth will not be able to return it to me once again. I had been raped. A hysterical fit attacked me and I started to hit my head violently against the walls till more than five American soldiers head by that soldier women entered the cell and started to beat me, and they raped me alternately while they laughing and listening to a loud music.
Day by day the scenario of raping me was repeated. And every day they invent new ways that are crueler than the prior ways.”
She went on describing the horrible acts of the American criminals:
“After about one month, a Negro soldier entered my cell and threw me two pieces of American military clothes. He said in weak Arabic language to wear them. After he put a black bag on my head, he led me to a public toilet where there are pipes for cold and hot water and he asked me to bathe. He then closed the door and left.
I was so exhausted and feeling pain, and despite the tremendous number of the bruises in my body, I poured out some water on my body. Before I finish my bath, the Negro soldier came in. I frightened, and I hit him in the face with the water bowl. His reaction was so tough. He raped me cruelly and spit on my face, then he left and returned with two soldiers who returned me to the cell.
The treatment continued that way, to the extent that sometimes I was raped ten times in a day, the matter which affected my health negatively.”
Nadia continued in revealing the American horrible actions made against the Iraqi women, saying:
“After more than 4 months, a woman soldier woman came, and I concluded from her conversation with other soldiers that her name is Mary. She said to me “now you have a golden opportunity, since an officer who has a high position will visit us today, if you deal with him positively, you would be released, especially because we are sure you are innocent.”
I replied,
“If you are sure of I am innocent, why you don’t release me?”
She screamed in nervousness,
“The only way that guarantees your releasing is to be positive with them.”
She took me to the public toilets, and she supervised my bath while she was holding a thick stick, hitting me by it if I didn’t perform her orders. Then, she gave me makeup, and warned me not to cry and ruin my makeup. Then she took me to an empty small room where there was nothing but a cover on the floor, and after one an hour she came accompanied with four soldiers who was holding cameras. She took off her clothes and she harassed me as if she was a man. The soldiers were laughing and listening to a noisy music, and taking photographs to me in all poses, and they were emphasizing on my face. The woman asked me to smile otherwise she is going to kill me, and she took a gun from one of her colleagues and fired four bullets near my head, and swore that the fifth bullet will be fired in my head.
After that, the four soldiers raped me alternately the matter which made me lose my consciousness. When I regained the consciousness I found myself in the cell and the traces of their teeth, nails and cigarettes are in everywhere in my body.”
Nadia stopped narrating her tragedy to wipe her tears, then she continued:
“After one day Mary came and told me that I was cooperative, and I will be released but after I watch the film that they have shot. I was in pain when I saw the film, and she (Mary) said: “you have been created for the sole purpose for us to enjoy”. At the moment I became very anger and I attacked her although I was afraid of her reaction, and I would kill her except for the interfering of the soldiers. When the soldiers released me she showered me with hitting, then they left me.
After this incident, nobody harassed me for more then one month; I spent that period in the praying and invocation to Allah, the All-Mighty who has all power, to help me.
Mary came with some soldiers who gave me the clothes that I was wearing when they arrested me and took me to an American car. Then they threw me on the highway road after giving me 10,000 Iraqi Dinars.
I went to a home that was near the place where I have been thrown out and since I know the reaction of my family, I preferred to visit one of my relatives to let them know what happened after my absence. I knew that my brother had held a consolation board for me for more than 4 months, and they considered me as a dead person.
I understand the knife of shame is waiting for me. So, I went to Baghdad where I found a good family who lodged me, and I worked with this family as a maid and governess for their children.
Nadia wonders in pain, regret and bitterness:
“Who will quench my thirst? Who will return my virginity? What is the offense of my family and kin? I have inside me a baby, and I don’t know who his father is.”

End of Nadia’s story
There is no doubt that the US has committed war crimes in Iraq of unspeakable horror. The fact is that what occurred at the Abu Ghraib prison have not been isolated incidents. Similar cases have occurred throughout Iraq. One of many cases occurred in Mahmudiya in March of 2006 when a 14 year old girl was gang raped after her parents and her 5 year old sister were massacred by drunk US occupation soldiers. The soldiers entered the young girl’s home and forced her father Abeer Qassim al-Janabi, her mother Qassim Hamza and her sister Hadeel Qassim Hamza to an adjoining room. One soldier shot her parents and sister in the head and then all proceeded to repeatedly rape her. After raping her, the US soldiers poured kerosene on her and burned her to death. These rape and killings are among the most heinous in a series of cases by the US occupiers that have tarnished the American military.
Who should pay for these war crimes? Has there been justice in the Abu Ghraib torture crimes? Two of the worse Abu Ghraib torturers received mere 10- and 3-year sentences but one was only a sergeant and the other a private first class. How about the higher ups? Have they been responsible for these war crimes as well? How about Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney and yes even George Bush? WHERE IS THE JUSTICE!!!!!!!
UPDATE One of our subscribers has located the above referenced disturbing new video that was deleted from YouTube.com. We are informed that the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division is presently investigating the allegations made in the video.
These people are NOT and NEVER HAVE BEEN OUR ENEMIES – PERIOD! This is all about oil – politics - deceit – treachery – greed – ignorance - hypocrisy and HIGH TREASON.
REMEMBER – NONE of these innocent civilians have EVER done ANY American ANY harm. They worship THE SAME GOD we do. They have a moral code very similar to our ONCE Christian family values foundation. The only difference is that THEY STILL CLING TO THEIR VALUES. We have long since sold OUR collective souls to the Godless materialistic secular sex-crazed filthy Jew for 30 pieces of silver – OR LESS! The Jew owns AmeriKa today – LOCK STOCK and BARREL!
Not satisfied with controlling ALL of our news media – ALL of our entertainment – ALL of our educational system – most all of our legal system – ALL of our financial system – ALL of our formerly Christian churches – virtually ALL of our Congress – our President – our military – BUT NOW they want ALL of the souls of our children including those young men AND WOMEN in uniform – as so painfully illustrated in the above documented disgraceful outrages.
What part of WAR CRIMINALS IN THE WHITE HOUSE DONT YOU UNDERSTAND FOLKS? How much longer will you turn your heads – to drink your cold beer and watch meaningless children’s games as this evil carnage continues all because the Jew says to do it? Look at your self in the mirror and see what monsters you have become!

Federal Judge Ruling: George W. Bush is a Felon

| Chief Judge Vaughn Walker of the US District Court in California has ruled that President George W. Bush is a felon. The ruling stems from the case of Al-Harmain Islamic Foundation Inc. v Bush, a case which will now be remembered as making it official that Bush's program of 'warrantless spying' is illegal. Judge Walker held that the president lacks the authority to disregard the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA -- which means Bush's warrantless electronic surveillance program was illegal. Whether Bush will ultimately be held accountable for violating federal law with the program remains unclear. Bush administration lawyers have fought vigorously -- at times using brazen, logic-defying tactics -- to prevent that from happening. The court battle will continue to play out as Congress continues to battle over recasting FISA and possibly granting immunity to telecom companies involved in the illegal surveillance. --Suing George W. Bush: A bizarre and troubling tale The complete story at Sott.net outlines the sorry history of how the Bush administration has defined the law of this nation as well as the laws of common sense and decency to carry out a program that would have made even Richard Nixon or J. Edgar Hoover blush. It would seem to me that it's now well established that Bush is indictable in a Federal Court. It is also my understanding that any sitting federal judge can now --upon his/her own motion --convene a federal grand jury to investigate Bush's many violations of federal law, not the least of which are US Codes, Title 18, Section 2441, which make Bush subject to the penalty of death for each death of his war of aggression in Iraq. It's easy to find evidences of Bush's tyranny. Here's a headline linked from the article cited above. It is the Bush administration which has pressed this issue, an issue that has come up, until Bush, just four times in 23 years. But since 911 and the Bush wars for which it is fraudulently cited in justification, Bush has seized upon a Supreme Court ruling of 1953 to justify sweeping authority far beyond anything that could have been envisioned by the courts. Mere mention of two words --'state secrets' --was always enough to get a wink and nod from a federal judge. Things have changed. There is the possibility that George W. Bush is under investigation by a Federal Grand Jury as we write this.
It is against both the letter of the law, logic, and common sense to allow Bush carte blanche to dismiss out-of-hand legal challenges to his various assumptions of dictatorial powers. This is crucial! Bush wars on Iraq, Afghanistan and 'terror' can be shown to be criminal and fraudulent. No other criminal defendant could simply invoke 'executive privilege' in order to have the smoking gun evidence against him thrown out of court. And Bush must no be allowed to do so either!
