Congress to hear testimony on AIDS !!

I have received the meeting time and date. U.S. House Resolution 15090 will be our calling card. Page 129 of this document proves the U.S. Pentagon sought and received $10,000, 000.00 on June 9, 1969, to make a "synthetic biological agent" for which no natural immunity could exist, an agent that will deplete the immune system so as to allow for the onset of infectious disease. This document was previously provided to Willie Blair of your staff.

ANY REVIEW OF THE U.S. SPECIAL VIRUS PROGRAM (1962 - 1978) WILL SOLVE AND END HIV/AIDS. The program's 1971 "research logic" blueprint is absolute evidence of the design, purpose and intent of this federal program.

Equally true is the United States' 1971 confession that "visna virus" (sheep) had not YET been associated with human disease. See page 39, progress report # 8 (1971). However on July 18, 1983, The U.S. AIDS Task Force was informed that "visna" was the etiological agent of HIV/AIDS. So, the question for the Congressman and the United States regarding the laboratory birth of AIDS is: When did visna sheep virus cross species between 1971 and 1983 so as to become the etiological agent of HIV/AIDS. The U.S. Special Virus program is the ONLY answer. The 1971 flowchart depicts the development of the "ESP-1 virus. Under electron microscope the esp-1 is "IDENTICAL" to the HIV electron microscope as listed in the 1985 Science paper cited above.

Also true is the fact that a 1971 Science paper of the time details the esp-1 virus made within the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 - 1978), See, "U.S. Special Virus Cancer Program: Trevails of a Biological Moonshot" (google it).

Doctor degree. In my experience, only law school graduates who aim to
preen or impress others would bother to call themselves a "Doctor"
based on that sort of degree. That is exactly what your Mr. Graves is
all about.

Finally, I found Mr. Graves one-note samba on HIV and AIDS to be
embarrassing in its emptiness, scary in its anti-science religious
zealotry, and appalling in its tawdry resort to conspiracy thinking.
His general ignorance of the past 30 years in the history of the
political economies of Africa was positively breathtaking and
cartoonish. You deserve the highest praise for staying calm and
resolute in the face of his tendentious and error-filled tirade.

Best wishes and please keep up your fine scientific work of synthesis
that helps expose the flaws, errors, contradictions and bankruptcy of
the orthodox line on HIV and AIDS.

Boyd Graves back in Ninth Circuit court; US special virus program again on trial

GRAVES WINS RIGHT TO APPEAL AIDS ORIGIN LAWSUIT

(San Diego, Ca.) In what some are calling a legal victory for government disclosure, the San Diego federal court today granted AIDS activist Boyd Ed Graves a right to appeal to the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, California.

The federal court had ruled that Graves had not served the prior attorney general, (Gonzales) and dismissed his case "without prejudice". However, when Graves re-filed the new complaint, the federal court "rejected" the new complaint leaving Graves virtually no avenue to proceed, since the new complaint was never docketed by the court.

"The appeal will demonstrate to the higher court the lower court erred on two significant points. First, Defendant, U.S. Attorney General Gonzales, received the federal complaint and exhibits via certified mail, return receipt requested on or about May 17, 2007", said Graves. On this point alone the case should be returned to a fair minded jurist who intends to support the U.S. Constitution on behalf of the American people.

"Second, the original complaint was dismissed "without prejudice". The Court clearly errs in 'rejecting' the new complaint", he stated.

At issue in the case are the "missing progress reports" (#'s 14 and 15) of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978). Many experts believe this federal program is the birthplace of HIV/AIDS. See, www.boydgraves.com/comments/.

Defendant National Cancer Institute's (NCI's) Dr. Alan S. Rabson, After we requested them, REMOVED those two progress reports from the archives of the NCI contrary to federal Freedom of Information Act law. The agency should be enjoined and compelled to replace the missing progress reports immediately and a global investigation into the U.S. Special Virus program get underway.

The missing progress reports are the end reports of the U.S. Special Virus program that persisted in the United States from 1962 – 1978. The fifteen progress reports are coordinated by a 1971 "research logic" flowchart of the secret federal program. The flowchart is first located at page 61 of progress report #8 (1971).
