Five teenagers have been remanded in custody on 101 charges over yesterday's rampage at a western Sydney high school.

The boys, aged 14 to 16, allegedly entered Merrylands High School waving bats, a sword and a machete as the students were in assembly at a school quadrangle just before 9:00am (AEST).

The schoolchildren ran to their classrooms for emergency lockdown and hid while the group allegedly ran through the corridors smashing windows.

A 43-year-old teacher tried to stop the intruders but was hit in the back of the head.

Wow! Thanx!

Would be nice to be updated on this as things proceed.

I thought it was interesting, but as I post so many items I didn't get time to dig into this much.

I am ALWAYS interested in science/ Theology "overlaps" and usesd to subscribe to the journals.

Should ever care to make a contribution on this blog, please email me ladybroadoak@gmail.com or just leave it in the comments box, as those who read this (!!!???) would surely be interested.
