There are rumours circulating around that the bill will be introduced tommorow (Well today... it's 3:15AM!... I woke up in the middle of the night and started to surf blogs :P)

So if this is true, I was wrong to think that Jim Prentice saw the light and decided to do a public consultation... or at the very least a consultation with all stakeholders.
