Well, here is the "liberal" imperialistic view of Chile's water grab.
No mention of the effects on the indigenous population, no mention of the mining companies that have been let in .. no indication that WORLDWIDE opposition is already happening.
As I always say . who is kidding who.
We are talking about WATER here.
At least you get an idea of the real scale of the horrible deal about to go down.
