when "healthcare" becomes state terror

Maryland Health Officials Who Coerce Vaccinations Qualify as "Terrorists" Under New Senate Legislation

As we reported yesterday, the U.S. Senate is about to vote on a bill that would criminalize the "planned use of force" to promote a political, religious or social belief. While we strongly disagree with the passage of the law, one curious effect is that it would clearly qualify Maryland's Attorney General Glenn Ivey -- the man who has threatened Maryland parents with imprisonment if they don't get their children vaccinated -- as a terrorist.

With the help of two state judges and the head of the local school board, Glenn Ivey conspired to terrorize parents with threats of having them taken from their homes at gunpoint (being arrested) and forcibly separated from their families by throwing them in jail for up to 30 days if they refused to have their children vaccinated with drugs that contain the toxic heavy metal mercury. There is absolutely no question that under the new legislation that's about to pass the Senate, called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, Glenn Ivey's actions would qualify as acts of terrorism. (See our previous report on this topic at http://www.newstarget.com/022308.html ) Even more interestingly, Glenn Ivey merely thinking about threatening parents who don't get their children vaccinated would, all by itself, be considered a terrorist "thoughtcrime" act.

Glenn Ivey, of course, will never be prosecuted as a terrorist under this law. But if you or I picked up a gun, shoved it in the faces of parents, and threatened to kidnap them if they didn't inject their children with toxic mercury, there's no doubt that we'd be arrested and charged with numerous crimes. So why does the state of Maryland get away with making essentially the same threat?

Because in a fascist police state, the laws are never applied to the criminals running the State. Laws are selectively applied only to the citizenry, not the officials, bureaucrats and law enforcement personnel who are protecting the power structure. This is, in fact, a key sign of an unjust society: The King's laws never apply to the King! (Only to the peasants...)

Ignoring the rule of law

Essentially, it means there are two tiers of law. At the bottom, there are all the laws that apply to the people, which include this anti-terrorism legislation. But at the top, none of those laws apply to the people running the State. Maryland's Attorney General will never be charged as a terrorist, even if his actions clearly qualify him as one under U.S. law. President Bush will unfortunately never be charged as a murderer, even though his war actions clearly qualify him as a mass murderer (if you kill just one person, it's called murder, but if you kill a hundred thousand, it's called war).

How about the international laws against the use of weapons of mass destruction? Once again, the United States is openly engaged in the use of such weapons -- depleted uranium shells being used right now in Iraq and Afghanistan. Note that there is absolutely no international trial, no charges, and no outcry from any western nation over the use of this WMD that will irradiate the Iraqi landscape for generations to come.

Is depleted uranium really a WMD? Of course it is. Here's a brief explanation from Wikipedia:

The Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities of the United Nations Human Rights Commission,[16] passed two motions[17] the first in 1996[18] and the second in 1997.[19] They listed weapons of mass destruction, or weapons with indiscriminate effect, or of a nature to cause superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering and urged all states to curb the production and the spread of such weapons. Included in the list was weaponry containing depleted uranium. Continue reading at Wikipedia...

How laws are applied in a police state

Police state societies do not respect the rule of law. They simply invent laws as they go along, then selectively apply them to whoever they want. For example, here in the United States, it is illegal for the President to declare an act of war. Only Congress can declare an act of war, yet Congress never declared war against Iran or Afghanistan. Bush sort of declared war, but only against a concept -- terrorism -- and not an enemy state.

If this Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act passes and gets signed into law, there are all sorts of government actions against the People that should technically be considered acts of terrorism. For example, armed FDA raids on vitamin companies would clearly qualify as acts of terrorism. Will FDA officials be arrested, charged with terrorist crimes, and shipped off to Guantanamo? Only in your wildest dreams...

How about the use of force by the DEA to destroy industrial hemp farms in the United States? This lucrative crop is grown legally in Canada and used to make hemp clothes, hemp rope, hemp seeds (which are rich in omega-3 oils) and all sorts of goods that we import from Canada, but here in the U.S., the growing of this industrial crop is condemned, disrupted and aggressively attacked by a government group that, at times, acts like a group of terrorists: The Drug Enforcement Agency.

What are they doing that qualifies them as terrorists? Raiding farms at gunpoint, burning their hemp fields, spraying poisons on their crops via helicopter, imprisoning the farmers, and much worse. It's clearly a terrorist operation designed to achieve a political goal (the destruction of the hemp industry in order to protect the powerful cotton interests in this country). There is absolutely no logical rationale behind the suppression of the hemp industry. It is purely a political ploy.

All this doesn't mean the DEA isn't useful in stopping the manufacture and distribution of truly dangerous drugs like meth or crack, but spending billions of taxpayer dollars going after a harmless industrial crop like hemp -- a crop that could enrich U.S. farmers, produce endless renewable biofuel energy and create a booming textile industry -- is ludicrous.

We can do this the easy way or the hard way...

What's clear about all this in the United States today is that the U.S. government believes it has the right to use terrorist tactics on the People in order to achieve its political goals. The gunpoint medicine policy of forced vaccinations in Maryland is a recent outgrowth of this dangerous belief. It is the kind of belief that lets you know right away just how quickly this country is headed towards police state fascism. Apparently, pointing guns in the faces of the People (or threatening to do so) is increasingly one of the ways in which Government gets its way. In fact, Maryland's Attorney General used these exact words when describing his gunpoint medicine policy of forced vaccinations: "We can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard way..."

What he means by that, of course, is if you don't agree with his political and medical aims, you will have a gun shoved in your face and be threatened with violence until you comply. This is a classic motivation tactic of a police state society. I'm curious to know whether Glenn Ivey will support this new legislation in the U.S. Senate that would clearly classify his own actions as acts of terrorism...

It will be fascinating to see how all this plays out. Will the People rise up and demand their freedoms, wrestling the future of America back from tyrants? Or will they elect a new tyrant in 2008 and accelerate the nation's march towards self destruction? Given that at least half the population is now drugged up on pharmaceuticals, brainwashed by cable news and hoodwinked over what really happened on 9/11, it's hard to imagine people waking up in time to change the course of this country. But stranger things have happened. It's possible that this nation might survive its current freedom crisis, but I sure wouldn't bet on it. And if I did bet on it, I wouldn't place my bet in fast-falling U.S. dollars, for sure.

When I grew up, it was said people would live TOO long. The system wouldn't be able to take care of us BOOMERS.

Well, Big Pharma has an answer. Have us get sick, to to the doctor, and then take pills that will make our whole immune system OR organs give out. As Henry Kissinger said of us: we are just useless eaters. Yeah, right.

So NewsTarget comes along and let us know what is really happening. I have made a vow NOT to publish whole long articles here any more UNLESS I write them, or they are missing from the fundamental "analysis" needed to become a true planetary healer .. and you do want to become one, don't cha ..?

So I am only posting the teasers here, but BEG YOU to go to the link and read the whole thing. The fighting in CONgress over who has the right to heal and who has the right to prescribe and what rights WE have to be WELL are being trampled; the last two weeks of wrangling did precious little good for US, the people and that is in CANADA, too.

FDA acquiring new powers to suppress

alternative health

by Byron Richards

Part 1 of Byron Richards' "Understanding the Threat to Dietary Supplements."

Your right to have free access to safe and highly effective dietary supplements is under an intense multi-pronged FDA attack. On May 14, 2007 the Supreme Court sided with the FDA by deciding not to hear the case of Nutraceutical v FDA, letting stand a federal appeals court ruling that permits the FDA to use drug-related risk/benefit analysis to determine if a nutrient is safe. This is the exact same point the FDA is trying to get put into law through Senate bill S.1082 and HR.1561, which consumers have flooded the Senate on over the past few weeks. And it is the same point the FDA is seeking to help implement on an international basis through Codex. The Supreme Court denial to hear this case is a dramatic turn of events that means there is very little time left to act to preserve free access to dietary supplements.

The first part of this article explains this issue in depth so that Americans can understand what is taking place. The second part explains the steps Americans need to take to preserve their health freedom.

*SNIP*
You may find it hard to believe that the FDA would follow this path when so many people are in need of natural and safe health options. Yet, the FDA is already working with Codex on an international basis to help establish risk analysis (toxicology) for dietary supplements.

*snip*

We must educate our legislators and get them to help us preserve our right to have free access to helpful dietary supplements. Coming soon -- Part 2 (the take action plan).

RIP the shooting victims at Virginia Tech

I have sat around thinking and waiting ... because I have STRONG feelings about those shootings at Virginia Tech and what might befall us in the future.

I find that the mass of people I talk to do NOT want to think that there is anything more to this than a MAD MAN. But there are just too many anomolies AND too many parts of a puzzle as to what makes a mind control victim lose it to just take this as patly as the Mainstream Media has and is playing it. So many many suggestions are made; get students more organized and togethr. Don't get paranoid. Get paranoid. and so on and on and on.

The truth is that there ARE overlapping detalis with previous clump murders in the past. I certainly have seen the videos that contradict each other .. why does he have a shaved head in the videos, but the person shown arrested has PLENTY of hair ..? If you want a full run down of some of this kind of stuff, I refer you to prison planet if you are having problems believing more was at work here than met the eyes.

But back to the junk food defense.

I am not even going to post what has been said, but I am gong to post one comment from the blog which ran that argument, because it is easier for you to see it all in black and white from that source, than me researching and digging to bring all this up on the blog. And many thanks to Suzy.

And since this is non-censored "journalism", I do want to point out to people that each time I took HALDOL, something awful happened. Two bonafide suicide attempts. Complete hallucinatory states. In one case I was stabbed in the thigh with it and the entry point of the needle still has a scab and that part of my leg has been numb ever since. That was five years ago! Was I crazy and HAD to have this drug ...? No, I was given it becuz I questioned AUTHORITY in each case. I am thankful I lived through it all ... and didn't hurt anyone.

Sugar certainly is something to watch out for. Please consider, as well, the common denominator here: Cho Seung-Hui, the shooter, was on psychiatric drugs. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration Public Health Advisory of March 22, 2004 identified the side effects of SSRI antidepressants, as: “Anxiety, agitation, panic attacks, insomnia, irritability, hostility, impulsivity, akathisia (severe restlessness), and mania (psychosis), have been reported in adult and pediatric patients being treated with antidepressants.” SSRI antidepressants have documented side effects of suicide, mania, psychosis, aggression and hostility. There are numerous incidents to illustrate the point, most are never publicized. Here are the very few which were: Eric Harris, 18, on Luvox, with his friend Dylan Klebold, killed 12 classmates and a teacher at Columbine High School, before taking his own life. The coroner confirmed that toxicology reports showed Luvox in his system. Dylan Klebold's autopsy was never made public. Christopher Pittman, on Zoloft, killed his grandparents. Andrea Yates, on Effexor and Remeron-Effexor, drowned her five small children in the bathtub. Princess Diana, on Prozac, and Dodi Fayed died in the car crash driven by their driver Henri Paul, on Prozac. Chris Farley, on Prozac, had a Prozac-induced heart attack. Mrs. Phil Hartman, on Zoloft, killed her husband. A wrongful death court case was filed and settled by the Zoloft manufacturer. T.J. Soloman, 15, on a mix of antidepressants, shot and wounded 6 classmates. Jim McDougal, on Prozac, Clinton's ex-partner, died of a Prozac-induced heart attack after his dosage was increased to 60 mg in prison. Shawn Cooper, 15, on a mix of antidepressants, fired two shotgun rounds on students and school staff. Kip Kinkel, 15, on Prozac and Ritalin withdrawal, killed his parents and 2 classmates, wounding 22. Jeremy Strahmeyer, on Dexedrine, raped and murdered a 7-year-old girl in a ladies restroom in a Las Vegas casino. Jason Hoffman, 18, on Effexor and Celexa, opened fire at his high school, wounding 5. Elizabeth Bush, on Paxil, responsible for a school shooting in Pennsylvania. Cory Baadesgaard, 16, on Paxil and Effexor, took a rifle to his high school and held 23 classmates and a teacher hostage. Chris Shanahan, on Paxil, killed a woman. Chris Fetters, on Prozac, killed her favorite aunt. Matt Miller, on Prozac, hung himself in his bedroom closet after only 6 days on Zoloft. Seth Privacky, on Wellbutrin, shot his grandfather, parents, brother and brother's girlfriend while celebrating Thanksgiving. Jarred Viktor, on Paxil, stabbed his grandmother 61 times, He took Paxil five days. Jeff Franklin, on Prozac and Ritalin, killed his parents as they came home from work. He used a sledge hammer, hatchet, butcher knife and mechanic's file, then attacked his younger brothers and sister. Sergi Babarin's, on SSRI withdrawal, Salt Lake Family History Library shooting left three dead. Matthew Beck, on Luvox, left five dead and killed himself. Edward Leary, on Prozac, was involved in the New York City Subway bombing. Nick Mansies, on Paxil, was convicted of killing a little boy who was selling cookies door-to-door. Dana Sue Gray, on Paxil, killed several elderly people. Officer Stephen Christian, on Prozac, ran into a police substation shooting at fellow officers and was killed. A wrongful death case was settled by the makers of Prozac. David Rothman, on Prozac, killed two co-workers and himself at the Department of Agriculture in Ingelwood, CA. Williams Evans, on Zoloft, shot a co-worker at Columbus, Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, then himself. Marilyn Lemak, on Zoloft, killed her three children. Christopher Vasquez, on Zoloft, butchered Michael McMorrow in Central Park. Michael Lubrecht, on Effexor, drowned his own child. Paul Marsh, on Paxil, killed his best friend. Megan Hogg, on Prozac, killed her three little girls and attempted suicide. Vera Espinoza, on Prozac, shot her small son and daughter, then herself. Mr. Cunningham, on Prozac, axed his wife and daughter to death. Margaret Kastanis, on Prozac, killed her three children, then stabbed herself to death. Larramie Huntzinger, on Zoloft, ran his car into three young girls, killing two. Mary Hinkelman, on Prozac, shot her two small daughters and her sister before shooting herself. Lisa Fox, on Prozac, shot her small son and her dog before shooting herself. Dr. Debra Green, on Prozac, set her home on fire, killing her children. Lauri Dann, on Anafranil, shot seven children in an elementary school classroom, killing one. Donald Schell, on Paxil, shot his wife, daughter and baby grand-daughter, then himself after taking Paxil two days. In June 2001, the Paxil manufacturer was found guilty of this murder/suicide and ordered to pay $6.4 million. Gloria B., on Prozac, killed her sleeping 17-year-old son with a sledge-hammer before she attempted suicide. Larry Buttz, on Prozac, superintendent of schools, shot his wife, son and daughter, then himself. Michael McDermott shot seven co-workers in Wakefield shortly after his anti-depressant medication was increased. Julie Woodward, on Zoloft, took her own life 7 days after the first tablet. Rebecca Riley, on Seroquel, Depakote, and Clonidine, died at the age of 4. When I was going to school, no one ever imagined violence in schools. Now we are accepting it as part of life. Evil isn't easy to confront. Note from Connie: Wow! Where did you get this very convincing information? Did you see the column by Mike Adams to which I referred, which also cites antidepressants as playing a role in the shootings?
