8-8-08 Meditation for Activating YOUR Zero Point
Phoenix Rising Star

8-8-08 Meditation for Activating YOUR Zero Point

This is the written guideline for the meditation. You can also download the actual meditation as led by Phoenix Rising Star, available in MP3, from The Spirit of Maat (www.spiritofmaat.com) in August and from Your HeartWalk Center in Sedona in July. (www.sedonaheartwalk.com).

Background: This meditation came about as a result of my intention to learn how to access Zero Point Energy* without tools. The Angels and Ascended Masters that guided this meditation were a team of twelve, led by Melchizedek.

(*Zero Point Energy is defined as the electromagnetic field, once known as the void between cells, now known as the space of creation, that helps explain intention. It is estimated that there is enough zero point energy contained in one cubic meter of space to boil all the oceans of the world.)

This energy needs to be shared.

This meditation is for the highest good and healing for all.

It will help you

*feel better fast

*feel emotionally balanced and centered

*help you retrieve lost or forgotten parts of self

*manifest your heart's desires

*send healing to those whom you have permission

*send healing to the earth, other planets, stars, and the universe.

It is a meditation that works.

And it's free.

And if we all do this meditation within a 24 hour period, it will create a planetary shift faster and better than any of us thought possible! At least that's what my angels and guides tell me.

They've picked August 8, 2008 as the Meditation Day. At 8AM, your time, wherever you are. So in that 24 hour period, everyone who wants to be a part of this will have, and can see instantaneous results, the angels and guides say.

How many people does it take to change the world? What if we have the number it takes? What if we can all access Zero Point Energy for the highest good and healing for all? What will the world look like if it changes for the highest good and healing for all?

Drunvalo Melchizedek says it only takes 3 beings to create change. If so, I know we'll have 3 beings taking part in this.

Gregg Braden says it takes less than 8,000 to change the world. (The square root of 1 percent of the world's population). So let's see if we can't get 8,000 people to all try this meditation on August 8, 2008 at 8AM and see what happens!

Please feel free to send it on to anyone who might feel guided to join in.

Anyone who wants to learn how to access Zero Point Energy without tools.

Anyone interested in healing themselves, and sharing healing with others and the planet. Because you can!

Don't you want to be a part of that shift? If so, I invite you to join with me at 8AM on August 8, 2008 to see if we can truly make a difference in this world.

Preparation:
If you feel guided to write things down ahead of time, feel free to do so. Or if you are a person who makes mental lists, that works too.

Prior to doing the meditation, you'll want to 1) state your intention for healing, 2) receive permission from the people/beings you wish to send healing to, 3) receive permission from Mother Earth, or any inter-planetary places you wish to send healing to, and 4) create a list of people, events, and/or circumstances you'd like to manifest for your heart's desires.

Please be aware that there may be terms used you are not familiar with (such as chakras, causal body, merkaba, etc.). Just assume your higher self knows what these are and will only allow what is for your highest and best to take place. Action will follow intention.

Also, if this meditation feels overwhelming at any time, just do what you can do. It is not necessary to complete the meditation every time. Do what you can and sit in sacred silence the rest of the time.

The Meditation:

Begin by balancing your chakras, using whatever way you are used to. If you aren't used to this, just have the intention that all of your chakras are balanced, aligned, and spinning in the right way.

Turn your awareness to your heart space and concentrate on feeling the emotions of love, joy and gratitude. If it helps to remember a person or circumstance in which you felt those feelings, do so. Allow the feelings to build and build inside your heart…..

Let's begin with the physical body. Invite all the cells in your physical body to begin feeling love, joy, and gratitude. Really feel this. Feel the fullness expand in your body as you allow yourself to experience these feelings.

When you're ready, invite all the spaces between your cells to feel love, joy, and gratitude. Really feeling it. Feeling yourself expand even further.

Do the same thing for your emotional body. Invite love, joy, and gratitude into the cells of your emotional body and really feel it. Feel the fullness expand as you allow yourself to experience the feelings. Invite these feelings into the spaces between cells in your emotional body.

Continue inviting your cells and the space between your cells in your mental body to feel love, joy, and gratitude. Really feel it. Move to your spiritual body and do the same thing. And your causal body. And your merkaba and light bodies……feeling love, joy, and gratitude and expanding into those feelings…….

Know that in this state, you are connected to your Divine Self. Send love, joy, and gratitude to your Divine Self. Stay in that space for as long as you wish….

Keeping those feelings of love, joy, and gratitude, prepare yourself for sending this to those from whom you have received permission. Ask your Divine Self to send it to their Divine Selves. See these emotions filtering from the Divine Self directly to each in whatever way is for his/her highest good.

When you feel it's time to move on, ask that this love, joy, and gratitude continue to filter through each person as long as he/she needs it.

Next, ask your Divine Self to send love, joy, and gratitude to Mother Earth. Ask that your Divine Self connect with hers. Allow love, joy, and gratitude to filter through the Divine Selves to Mother Earth in whatever way is for her highest good and healing. Just send it, don't be attached to the outcome. See this continuing as long as is necessary……

Ask your Divine Self to send love, joy and gratitude to other planets, stars or universes. Ask that your Divine Self connect with theirs. Allow love, joy, and gratitude to filter through their Divine Selves in whatever way is for their highest good and healing. See this continuing as along as necessary……

Last, using your list of your heart's desires, ask your Divine Self to send love, joy, and gratitude to each and every element on your list. Just send it, without being attached to the outcome. Your Divine Self knows exactly what is needed for your highest good and healing….so just allow it to be sent. Know that you are now in divine timing and divine order for everyone's highest good and healing……and that's all you need to know for this moment.

Continue in this state of love, joy, and gratitude until it feels complete for now. Know that you can always come back to this place. Know that you can always access this energy any time you want to. And to expedite the process, you can touch your thumb and index finger together, making it faster and easier from now on, to be in and send love, joy, and gratitude…..

Namaste.

I remain your devoted servant,

Phoenix Rising Star

From Granny: Battle Won

Battle Won!

Into the misty dawning, grandmother sun comes smiling,a burst of molten
golden glory bringing joy to the hearts that are watching, and a song lifts to
fill the valley.
Day after day the battle rages, dust choked air surrounds us,pain has
become our constant companion as we watch our children dying, put up our heads
and keep fighting.
Through the fog thick as cotton, floats a sound that makes our hearts go
soaring, thin but strong voice of an Elder saying, remember why you are
fighting.
Hope that one day we will find peace, prayers that these others
leave, belief in what our ancients taught us,a way of life we have lived forever.
So hard, our peoples tried to teach them,to learn as well what they were
saying,to understand the changes, but we will not accept them as our betters.
We are,a People strong and true, warriors born to lead and guide, gentle
loving and filled with hope, keepers of our Mother Earth.
Once more the cannon thunders and we fall before it,once more their guns
rain death and destruction, once more they claim our hearts to walk on.
This is a morning filled with wonders,as those who battle find their
spirits renewed, the urging of those gentle voices, telling us to fight on
children.
Dead and dying lay around us,mangled bodies torn by their
weapons,brother,sister,father
,cousin, these are our kin and we love them.
In the village that waits behind us,grandmothers gather the young for
running, slipping away into the mountains, finding safe places to hide them.
The war we can not win in one battle, the loss here will stagger minds
forever, that we continue at all is due to the teachings of our ancestors.
As the face of Father Sky clears, a sight to freeze hearts appear, massed
upon the valley floor are thousands, death waits here on this hillside, and we
accept it.
Will they ever see the beauty that is our world, those who take what is
not theirs, will they understand it is not for using, but for sharing?
Silence,Grandmother Sun is setting,blood red,swirled with rainbow
colors, the days dust has finally settled,a ragged cheer is sent up,as the last of
the People falls in death.
A day has passed,of freedom fighting,of the desperate cry of a defending
People,watching,crying,fighting,as their lives,their future,their hearts,are
stolen.
And do those who do the killing, understand or regret the slaughter,do
they see the blood soaking, into the lands that birthed us,and know, they have in
truth lost more than they gained?
That they shut one more door to their Creator, block one more path to
truth and learning, that the voice they try so hard to silence is ancient beyond
the knowing?
Those little ones and grandmothers hiding, they make to each other a
blood promise,we will not forget,we will not forgive, but we will live,we will
survive, and one day,we will no more cry,but will bring justice!

12.03.2007 03:19 NYM Warriors Targeted & Arrested At Anti-olympic Protest
It always takes more than one Once again colonial fascism rears its ugly head as the colonial brownshirts (vancouver police) arrested three Native Warriors on February 13, 2007 for protesting the 2010 winter olympic games, scheduled to take place in unceded Squamish Territory (whistler re: vancouver). In yet another example of colonial terrorism, the kops arrested NYM Warrior Tselletkwe, of the Secwepemc Nation, Gord Hill of the Kwakwaka'wakw Nation, and Lynn Highway of the Anishnabe Nation. The kops, well known for the terrorism they inflict on Indigenous Peoples, also arrested members of the Indigenous Resistance Organizing Committee (IROC).

As the vancouver olympic organizing committee and the vancouver board of trade (businessmen) were celebrating their unveiling of a "3 year countdown clock" in the downtown business district in vancouver, one Native Warrior stormed the stage and took over the microphone, yelling "Fuck the olympics" until the kops managed to capture him and haul him away.

"Now we must look upon each other as brothers and sisters. Only by joining together in a Spiritual Peace with love in our hearts for the Great Spirit and Mother Earth shall we be saved... If you have a way to spread the truth... Tell what you know to be true.
Should we succeed, we will realize our mistakes of the past and return to the true path -- living in harmony as brothers and sisters, sharing our Mother, the Earth, with all living creatures.
In this way we could bring about a new world. A world which would be led by the Great Spirit...... and our Mother will provide plenty and happiness for all..."

Chief Dan Evehema of the Hopi Nation

"The first commandment of economics is: Grow. Grow forever. Companies must get bigger. National economies need to swell by a certain percent each year. People should want more, make more, earn more, spend more - ever more."

"The first commandment of the Earth is: Enough. Just so much and no more. Just so much soil. Just so much water. Just so much sunshine. Everything born of the Earth grows to its appropriate size and then stops. The planet does not get bigger, it gets better. Its creatures learn, mature, diversify, evolve, create amazing beauty and novelty and complexity, but live within absolute limits."

Haudenosaunee Confederacy Land Rights Statement

Haudenosaunee Confederacy Land Rights Statement

- Adopted in Council, November 4, 2006 -

The Council of Chiefs of the Haudenosaunee, Grand River Territory, wish to affirm and clarify our land rights in the tract confirmed by Governor Frederick Haldimand on October 25, 1784. In making this statement, the Council of Chiefs wants to make it clear that we hold certain land ethics and principles that must be respected in any agreements on land use or occupation. The Haudenosaunee, and its governing authority, have inherited the rights to land from time immemorial. Land is a birthright, essential to the expression of our culture.

With these land rights come specific responsibilities that have been defined by our law, from our Creation Story, the Original Instructions, the Kaianeren:kowa (Great Law of Peace) and Kariwiio (Good Message). Land is envisioned as Sewatokwa'tshera't, (the Dish with One Spoon); this means that we can all take from the land what we need to feed, house and care for our families, but we also must assure that the land remains healthy enough to provide for the coming generations. Land is meant to be shared among and by the people and with the other parts of the web of life. It is not for personal empire building.

First and foremost is the concept that we are connected to the land in a spiritual way. The earth is our mother and she provides for our long-term well-being, provided that we continue to honour her and give thanks for what she has provided. We Haudenosaunee have upheld our tradition of giving thanks through ceremony, and in the cultural practices that manifest our beliefs, values, traditions and laws. Planting, cultivating, harvesting, gathering, hunting, and fishing also have spiritual aspects that must be respected and perpetuated if the land is to provide for our future generations, and the future generations of our neighbours. We are stewards. Our spiritual obligation is part of that stewardship.

Second, according to our law, the land is not private property that can be owned by any individual. In our worldview, land is a collective right. It is held in common, for the benefit of all. The land is actually a sacred trust, placed in our care, for the sake of the coming generations. We must protect the land. We must draw strength and healing from the land. If an individual, family or clan has the exclusive right to use and occupy land, they also have a stewardship responsibility to respect and join in the community's right to protect the land from abuse.

We have a duty to utilize the land in certain ways that advance our Original Instructions. All must take responsibility for the health of our Mother.

Our ancestors faced overwhelming odds and relentless pressure to give up our lands. We all know that unscrupulous measures were employed to seduce our ancestors into "selling" the land. At other times, outright fraud took place, as was acknowledged in the Royal Proclamation of 1763. The agreements we recognize reflect an intention to share land, and to lease land, within the context of the Covenant Chain relationship that our nations maintain with the Crown.

Our wampum belts, treaty council documents and oral history inform us that we always retained the right to hunt, fish, and gather upon all of our lands. This reflects the spirit of sharing that we expect to continue, and is another example of the Dish with One Spoon.

We seek justice in our long-standing land rights issues. We seek an accurate accounting of the use and investment of the funds held by the Crown on our behalf, and land transactions conducted by the Crown involving our lands. For nearly two hundred years our Chiefs have been asking for such accounting and justice. Generations of our elders have passed away with these matters unresolved. It is time to end the injustice.

Our faith in the Canadian people is strong, as we feel that the majority of Canadians also want to see justice on these matters. However, their elected representatives and public servants have failed to act effectively to address and resolve these matters. It is time to lift the cloud of denial and to wipe away the politics that darken the vision of the future. It is time we are heard clearly, and our cases should be addressed with utmost good faith and respect. We firmly believe that if we have respect and trust, we will find mutually agreeable solutions that will reflect our long-standing friendship

We want the land that is ours. We are not interested in approving fraudulent dispossessions of the past. We are not interested in selling land. We want the Crown to keep its obligations to treaties, and ensure all Crown governments -- federal, provincial and municipal -- are partners in those obligations. We want an honourable relationship with Canada.

That relationship, however, must be based on the principles that were set in place when our original relationship with the Crown was created. That is the rule of law that we seek. It involves the first law of Canada -- the law that Canada inherited from both France and Britain. It is the law of nations to respect the treaties, to not steal land, or take advantage of indigenous peoples by legal trickery. As the Supreme Court of Canada has frequently stated, where treaties are involved, the honour of the Crown is always at stake.

We seek to renew the existing relationship that we had with Crown prior to 1924. That relationship is symbolized by the Tehontatenentsonterontahkwa ("The thing by which they link arms") also known as the Silver Covenant Chain of Peace and Friendship. Our ancestors met repeatedly to repolish that chain, to renew its commitments, to reaffirm our friendship and to make sure that the future generations could live in peace, and allow the land to provide its bounty for the well-being of all of the people. The Covenant Chain symbolizes our treaty relationship, also symbolized by Tekani Teyothata'tye Kaswénta (Two Row Wampum) which affirms the inherent sovereignty and distinctness of our governments. An essential part of the relationship is our commitment to resolve matters through good-faith negotiation between our governments, including consultation on any plans which might affect the other government or its people.

In any land issues, we want it understood that the following principles will govern any actions taken by the Haudenosaunee Council of Chiefs of the Grand River Territory:

1) The land is sacred to us. It defines our identities, belief system, languages and way of life.

2) We hold the aboriginal and treaty title to our lands collectively.

3) Our treaty relationship with the Crown is still alive and in force and directs our conduct in our relationship to Canada. Within this relationship, the terms of the treaties continue to bind both our government and the Crown.

4) We require a careful accounting for the Crown's dealing with our lands, and the return of any lands that were improperly or illegally taken from our ancestors.

5) We require an accounting for the funds administered or held by the Crown for the Six Nations people, and restitution of any funds unaccounted for.

6) It is not only within the context of our treaty relationship with the Crown that we see justification for such accounting and restitution. Canadian and international law is clear on the right of the Haudenosaunee to seek justice on these matters.

7) In any agreements with the Crown concerning land our goal is to promote and protect a viable economy for our people on our land -- an economy that will be culturally appropriate, environmentally sustainable, and not injurious to our people and our neighbours.

Our fundamental approach is that Six Nations lands will come under the jurisdiction, management and control of Six Nations people. The federal and provincial governments must not impose jurisdictional, policing, taxation, and/or economic activities as part of the land rights settlement.

Our people, our laws, and our government have survived by being thoughtful, respectful, diligent and practical. In our relations with the Crown, and in any negotiations concerning land and the resolution of land-related issues, we will continue to apply those principles.

MOTHER EARTH IS CRYING

On the 07/07/07, Yungarri Knuppanunka Aunty Sue Charles Rankin,

Aboriginal Mother and Grandmother from the Kulin Nation,

(Melbourne, Australia)

in her fiftieth year

will set off from Kaurna Country (Adelaide, South Australia), to

walk a journey of 1,500 kilometers to Uluru

in Australia’s Northern Territory

to bring world-wide focus on

Mother Earth changes

and the continued deplorable treatment

and living conditions of

Aboriginal Peoples

in the homelands of her Ancestors.

<<:>> <<:>> <<:>>

Our people say if country is sick, people are sick. We have forgotten

that we are all connected,we no longer listen to our Mother Earth and

each other in a healthy manner.

In setting out upon this peaceful journey, my intention is to promote

awareness of and better our relationship with our Mother Earth and each

other. We, each of us, cannot continue on the course we are currently

on and just hope everything will be ok. My people have sought always to

maintain balance and its restoration through reciprocal relationships

with all things. This is expressed through our shared values, beliefs

and practices.

There must be a shift in attitude. We must become conscious of our

relationship with each other and our Mother Earth. We are all

connected.

Each of us is responsible. We cannot continue to close off our ears and

eyes to the continuing plight of my People and our Mother Earth. This

time of ignorance, greed and complacency must end.

I look forward to sitting down with people in communities along the

way,

to share our stories and to see how we can all work together to bring

about peaceful change for the betterment of all people and all life.

All life is sacred. I am walking this ancient earth as my Ancestors have

done from time immemorial. I walk it for all those who have brought us here

and for all those still to come.
