Wendy gave the governor the following letter asking her to investigate the underlying organized corporate, legislative and judicial fraud that created and keeps keeps on multiplying the devastating foreclosure floods sweeping America. My Name is Wendy W. Clardy, Coordinator for AHRC News Services (AHRC Homeowners for Senator Barack Obama.) Please investigate the foreclosures in California, Ohio and in other states. For decades America's public officials, lobbyists and political candidates have been telling select audiences that blacks, Hispanics, immigrants, single parents, the disabled - many of who are veterans, and the seniors are by far the most frequent targets of foreclosure scams. Foreclosure industry lawyers and lobbyists use this tragic information to persuade fellow lawmakers to vote for deceptive foreclosure enabling laws and to fool the public and the reporters listening to the government's televised hearings. Political candidates parroted this suffering while falsely promising to protect the "weakest and most vulnerable in our midst". I am a black single mother raising three young teenagers, like many millions I also lost my home as a result of fraud and injustice in Ohio, and while going through the initial proceedings of foreclosure, one of my children tried to commit suicide, I just won a fight in court to have my child returned home from his father, he feared to be returned back in the custody of his father, for he was being abused by his father, and when I put my children into to Franklin County Children services, where they would be safe while we were homeless, and until I was able to find housing, it caused my child to try and commit suicide a second time. He feared that he and I would not be reunited. I was forced to become pro se to my case, because the lawyers I sought whether they were to be retained, pro-bono, or legal aid, they all refused to take my case. They said my case was "too complicated." I took my case, and did research on it, then learned the language of law, wrote the briefs requesting for a void judgment, because the case was without subject matter for jurisdiction, and no notices, and proceeded from the state court to the Supreme Court of Ohio, and I was told no on all levels. To this very day I have not been legally vacated from the premises of my home and yet, there are other people living in my home. My case was not complicated; I found through research that there was fraud upon the court, and that other judges were protecting the lower court judge, and others that were involved and responsible for my plight, and in the taking of my home. The Government, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development was involved and they were from Cincinnati, Ohio, they did not do any investigation in my behalf to see if the case was a valid case to proceed in foreclosure, and later I found out by letter from New Albany, New York's Department of Justice that I was a victim of Financial Institutional Fraud. My case has no jurisdiction here in Columbus, Ohio period, and no one involved in my case will take responsibility for what has happened to me and my family in this predatory issue. I sought major media to cover this story, but because it had to do with our judicial system involvement--Judges...the documents I gave as proof laid in silent and motionless hands. And, for this very reason I became an advocate, speaking up and, representing for victimized Homeowners. I am the Editor of Ohio Homeowners News. On February 3, 2008, after AHRC News Services published an editorial giving their reasons for supporting Barack Obama for president, I and several members, from AHRC formed the AHRC Homeowners for Barack Obama. We have joined the millions working to elect Barack Obama. If we listen to what the presidential candidates say, we will be transported into lands of bliss. Yet we listened to past presidential candidates, and where are we? Our economy is in a shambles. More and more American workers face a bleak future as their jobs go overseas. America is drowning in red ink, as we borrow more and more from overseas. We are mired in a war that we cannot win, and borrow $10 billion a month to keep fighting. 5 soldiers a day on average commit suicide because of the war. So, how can we look into the inner heart and mind of a candidate to see what they truly believe and feel? The answer is simple. Look at what they have done. For example, on the evening of September 6, 2005, a luxuriously appointed private jet landed in the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan. Inside were a wealthy Canadian business man, Frank Giustra, and former president Bill Clinton. At a banquet with the president of Kazakhstan that evening, Mr. Clinton praised the president of Kazakhstan, and supported him to head O.C.S.E., an international organization that monitor elections and supports democracy. 48 hours later, Frank Giustra, won a stunning contract for 3 uranium mines in Kazakhstan, run by the state-owned Kazatomprom. Several months later, Frank Giustra donated $31.3 million to Mr. Clinton's foundation. What does this have to do with Hillary Clinton's candidacy? Everything. It must be presumed that she knew where her husband was on the evening of September 6, 2005. It must be presumed that she knew that Frank Giustra donated $31.3 million to her husband's foundation shortly thereafter. So, what is the significance of this? In short, the significance is that the president of Kazakhstan has been charged with running his country very undemocratically. O.C.S.E - the very organization that he sought to head - charged that elections were held in an "atmosphere of intimidation" and "ballot-box stuffing". Yet, Mr. Clinton called the president of Kazakhstan in December 2005 to congratulate him on his "winning" the election with 91% of the vote. One recognizes the delicate situation between spouses. But, Hillary is asking us to make her president and we are justified in asking whether her commitment to human rights is genuine or simply window-dressing? If this were her only lapse, it might be overlooked, but her long history of courting large corporations such as the pharmaceutical companies and banks establish that she will continue to do so if elected. At her rallies in California, she has had on the stage with her, many of those who have wreaked havoc on homeowners in homeowner associations and created foreclosures - Gray Davis, John Garamendi, and Willie Brown. Homeowners cannot expect her to be their friend if she gets elected. For the above reasons - and many more that space does not allow - AHRC News Services endorses Barack Obama to be president. This is the first time that AHRC has endorsed any candidate for president. Obama's actions have been consistent with his words. He has not been co-opted by the special interests. His clarity of mind sees beyond the divisive categories of the past. Of all the candidates, he is the only one that seems equipped to lead us into the future. A vote for anybody else is a vote for the past. This group AHRC Homeowners for Barack Obama consists of homeowners and friends of homeowners and members of American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) who while working together to protect America's homes and families will also work and/or contribute to get Obama elected President of the United States of America. After this group was set up on Obama 08 campaign website on Friday February 1, 2008, most homeowners we surveyed want an end to the Clinton-Bush war-foreclosure politics. The Clintons for years have fund raised, campaigned and propped up foreclosure baron politicians like California ex-governor Gray Davis, ex-Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, California State Assembly Speaker, Fabian Núñez, ex-California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, ex-Speaker of the House Willie Brown and received millions from lawyers who lobby for home foreclosure laws. During this campaign, these foreclosure politicians are using their positions of power, influence and connections to campaign for their star fundraisers and power brokers, the Clintons. These California politicians, and their Republican collaborators, wrote the unconstitutional homeowner association laws (Davis Stirling Act) so bankers, homeowner association lawyers and judges and insurance companies could defraud homeowners for mandated fees without providing required services. Lawyers and courts use citizens' homes, earnings and life savings as ATM machines and extort millions in fraudulent lawyers, judges and court fees. Millions in stolen equity are channeled by these foreclosure interests into the political coffers of collaborating politicians and judges and to finance California's court construction and judicial employment boom. The greed of these politicians and corporations has made California, Ohio and other states the homeless, foreclosure and fraud capitol of the world. The analysis and exposure of these crimes and sufferings has disgusted and angered many and motivated them to use their writings and voices to speak in the behalf of all homeowners. February 27, 2008, the President of Columbus State Community College Will Cops called me and explained to me that I was picked by Bill Clinton to be invited to Senator Hillary Clinton's town hall meeting, to tell her my story of what happened to me in the predatory lending issue. “Clinton will be the Democrat, and I don’t know who the Republican will be, but the election will be about the war on terror and the Republican will win.” Karl Rove, Fox News, December 2007 Many astute Republicans believe that Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton will be the salvation of their party. On Super Tuesday, it is time that the American people take a serious look at why the opposition party favors the nomination of the former First Lady. For months, the leading Republican strategists and tacticians have been salivating at the thought of running their presidential campaign against Senator Clinton. The senior Republican political consultants: Karl Rove and Dick Morris have predicted that Senator Clinton will be the Democratic candidate who will be defeated by the Republican nominee this November. Their theory of the self-destructive candidacy of Senator Clinton has been the idée fixe of Republican strategy since she formally became a candidate for the presidency. Overt Republican operations to ensure Senator Clinton’s victory have ranged from destructive email campaigns against her opponents to massive direct financial support to her campaign from corporate lobbyists loyal to the neoconservative and corporate ideals of the Republican Party. Serious question marks have been raised over the role of heavyweight Republican contributors, Alan Quasha and Hassan Nemazee, who have been described as “Hillary’s mystery money men.” These two valuable political assets have records of financial backing for both George W. Bush and former Senator Jesse Helms. In a suspicious transaction, Quasha acquired Harken Oil from George W. Bush providing the future president with a financial windfall that launched him into his career as an owner of a team in minor league baseball. Bush bought the Texas Rangers and financed his campaign for governor with the capital provided by Quasha, who is now backing Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the presidency. With his longstanding relationship with George W. Bush, there is little wonder why Quasha is referred to as “Hillary’s mystery man.” But, Quasha’s ties to Hillary are not as simple as that, because his family is linked to both: the former dictator of the Phillipines, Ferdinand Marcos, and the international intelligence community – a linkage that brought him into the charmed circle of George Bush, Sr. over two decades ago. Hillary’s other “mystery man,” Hassan Nemazee is the employer of the long-serving Clinton apparatchik: Terry McAuliffe, a former head of the Democratic National Committee. According to Bill Maher and a growing number of people, covert Republican operations included the rigging of the New Hampshire primary via secret manipulation of the Diebold voting machines to produce the startling “upset” only a few weeks ago – in order to enhance Hillary Clinton’s chances of becoming the Democratic nominee. Maher had the courage to voice the suspicion that is on millions of lips - that the Republicans want to manipulate the outcome of the Democratic nomination to rig it for Clinton, whom they deem to be an easy mark. Underscoring Maher’s opinion that is becoming more popular as the campaign develops, Peter Wehner provided a column for the Washington Post titled: “Why Republicans Like Obama.” Wehner writes, “A number of prominent Republicans I know, who would wage a pitched battle against Hillary Clinton, like Obama and would find it hard to generate much enthusiasm in opposing him.” The important point in Wehner’s thesis echoes the opinions of Karl Rove and Dick Morris: Clinton would be easy prey, while Obama would be extremely difficult to defeat because of his message of change – and his formidable political and rhetorical gifts. For some Democratic Party members, it is troubling that Mark Penn is Senator Clinton’s top political advisor. Some Democratic strategists find it bizarre that Penn was brought into the Clinton’s political operations by Dick Morris, the strident Republican political consultant who is known to loathe the Clintons. This was not always the case. Morris has a long and complicated history with the Clintons. Morris began serving them in the 1980s, but fell out of favor one icy evening in 1990 when an argument between Morris and both Clintons degenerated into fisticuffs – with the towering ex-footballer, Bill Clinton, soundly beating the nerdish Morris to a pulp. After suffering his humiliating beating by Bill Clinton, in the wee hours Morris rang the senior consultant in the Clinton campaign sobbing, “He beat me up!” This priceless gem of Clintoniana is recorded for posterity in Ray Strother’s autobiography, Falling Up. After 1990, the Clintons replaced their consultants with a new team led by James Carville who had been a factotum for Strother in the early 1980s. While the Carville team led the Clintons to victory, success was short-lived. The Republicans struck back with the extremist Contract with America of Newt Gingrich to obtain a majority in Congress in 1994, and the Clintons had another house-cleaning. In the mid-1990s, Clinton sacked Carville and company and re-hired Dick Morris who would mastermind the devastating 1996 campaign before his involvement in a prostitution scandal that led to his ignominious downfall. Prior to Morris’ dalliances with the prostitute, he engineered the insertion of the pollster Mark Penn into the Clintons’ circle of political experts. Both Morris and Penn have curious histories of advising foreign politicians most of whom lean to the right. According to astute observers, Penn is closely aligned with heavyweight Republican operatives linked to Karl Rove. Penn’s client list contains prominent right-wingers including Joseph Lieberman, and he is only one of the major polling figures behind the right-leaning Democratic Leadership Council. Now the head of the controversial corporate public relations giant, Burston Marsteller, Mark Penn is fabulously wealthy with a lengthy client list of major right-wing corporations including Rupert Murdoch’s News International and Bill Gates’ Microsoft. For many Democrats, Penn’s right-wing and archconservative client list seems odd for the chief political advisor to a major contender for the Democratic nomination for the presidency. While Hillary enjoys the support of Republican contributors and right-leaning Democratic operatives, the Republicans have their own Hillary agenda. At the same time that they have been maneuvering on behalf of Senator Clinton to help ensure her supremacy in the primaries, Republican strategists have been laying the foundation to swiftboat her political momentum shortly after she accepts the Democratic nomination in Denver this August. A bewildering network of websites have been erected to dissect, dismember and detonate Hillary Clinton’s candidacy before it really takes off – with peak operations scheduled to launch before, during and after the Democratic National Convention in Denver this August. One of these online sources provides verbatim quotes attributed to the Senator that are disturbingly anti-semitic. Senator Clinton really has two intractable and virtually insurmountable political problems: her image and that of her husband, the former president: William Jefferson Clinton. The Clinton Era remains a controversial and puzzling epoch in American history, one that is, at times, described in glowing terms as a progressive presidency and at others as the final breakdown of America’s commitment to the New Deal and the social democratic ideology that preserved capitalism while other nations were abandoning it. Pride of place in the Clinton museum of progressive ambiguities is occupied jointly by: • the North American Free Trade Act (NAFTA) a trade pact that was hailed as a landmark in free trade but is now regarded as little more than a gift to major corporations that out-sourced millions of American jobs to cheaper foreign labor most of whom work for slave wages and • the dissolution of Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), the cornerstone of American social security since the 1930s. Let us not forget Bill Clinton’s greatest achievement in foreign policy: frequent military interventions and the flagrant abuse of the military as an instrument of policy while laying the foundation for neoconservativism and the troubling vision of the so-called Project for a New American Century (PNAC). Most voters can still remember another Clinton contribution to his own historical legacy – the abuse of the military for public relations in the putrescent ‘wag the dog’ bombing of Baghdad that came in the wake of the Monica Lewinsky revelations in 1998 and led to the production of the Hollywood movie with Dustin Hofmann and Robert De Niro. Other Republican attempts to destroy Senator Clinton’s political viability have taken a darker and decidedly more sinister complexion: the compilation of Clinton death lists. While the validity of these lists has been discounted by Snopes, a lingering miasma of doubt swirls around many of the less publicized aspects of the Clinton era. Some of these death lists are so detailed that they could only emanate from informed sources in Arkansas law enforcement – a relatively inexhaustible reservoir for damaging tittle-tattle about the Clinton couple. Due to his lengthy service to the Clintons when they were in Little Rock, some of these highly informed security personnel are personally known by Dick Morris and other political operatives inimical to the Clintons. While the time bombs planted within Hillary Clinton’s candidacy outlined above are troubling, the definitive analysis of her vulnerability is found in a memo that is now enjoying broad circulation to Republican and right-leaning Americans via the internet. Attributed to her arch-nemesis, Dick Morris, the memo is titled simply: “Democrats are coming.” In Morris’s inimitable style, the author reveals his glee at the very thought that Hillary Clinton would become the Democratic nominee. The ‘Morris’ memo surfaced on the internet shortly after Hillary Clinton’s unexpected resurgence in the mysterious New Hampshire primary that a growing number of people believe to have been rigged in her favor via covert political operatives who attacked the Diebold optical scanners – because they wanted to blunt the surging upward trend of Senator Barack Obama - whom they see as the most dangerous threat to neoconservativism. Presented as a deconstruction of Bill Clinton’s now well-worn five minute commercial that is little more than a hagiography of his wife, ‘Morris’ reveals what the major Republican strategists refer to as the “soft white underbelly” of Hillary Clinton’s claims on the presidency. In his forensic dissection of Bill Clinton’s message in favor of Hillary, ‘Morris’ argues that Hillary Clinton: Helped Black Panthers who had been indicted for the torture and murder of a federal agent when she was in law school; Flunked the DC Bar Exam and only found employment in Arkansas through Bill’s political connections; Served on the board of Walmart; Took political appointments that enhance her resumé; Took credit for major accomplishments that she does not deserve; Is totally devoid of any meaningful experience whatsoever in international affairs and diplomacy; Has no important legislation to her credit after eight years in the Senate, In this explosive memo, ‘Morris’ makes other points designed to discredit Clinton with those Democrats who support the concept of a “war on terror.” (See Appendix below) Senator Hillary Clinton’s vulnerabilities present an extremely attractive target for Republican strategists. Enticed by the very thought of her presidential candidacy, Republican operatives will stop at nothing to ensure her nomination and the devastation of her primary opponents. On Super Tuesday, 2008 - only one opponent to Hillary Clinton remains: Senator Barack Obama. The cover story on a recent edition of Newsmax, a Republican Party magazine that frequently features the writings of Dick Morris, is adorned with a large and flattering photograph of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton while the headline proclaims: “She can save our party.” She probably can.

I'm NOT pro Obama, although he can get me excited - He did the first time I ever heard him. I specifically tuned in to watch him on Oprah. Truth to tell, I was particularly avid to see Oprah spend some of her own money promoting him. Which she has - and thank God for that!

Any regular reader here will know (the few who persist) that I categorically do NOT support HiLIARy Clinton - the "issue" is in my backyard. This woman sat on her behind while my son tried to kill himself after we we had been tortured under the hand of the Immigration and Natualization Service (INS) while on her (unelected) watch as Vice President.

I know that she KNEW and her husband KNEW precisely what had befallen us and how bad our conditions became. It was a prision without guards for us during the next years of the Clinton Administration, only we didnt' even get food or clothing. My son went without shoes we were so poor!

Now I watch as their latest ripoffs go largely undetected (see articles about Bill Clinton on this blog, just as examples.)

She explicitly knew about my so-called case! I am ONE of those missing documents that the Clintons do not, do NOT want turned over. What could she say about "caring about children" when the truth were to become known, common knowledge ..

I will never in my last days on this earth, being tortured in at some future date - EVER EVER support this tyrant, for my friends, that is what she is. A full scale, hideous tyrant - already tried and tested.

I know, Peter F. Paul knows - and believe me! We are NOT the only ones.

Barak Obama has yet to personally fall under her torture tactics which are perhaps more covert than George W. Bush within the United States.

I remain here, in exile, in Canada, a living reminder of an Inconvenient Truth - that the US has been a torturing nation domestically although officially they claim that "We do not torture". I assure you that they DO, and in secret rooms in federal offices where no photographic evidence can remain. Where no can see - and not always "leaving no marks" either.

It's Sunday - a day I usually put alot of financial items on this blog. I am not going to upset myself by going over ALL the dilaterious side effects that torture had on me. I am sick to death of talking about them, I am sick of living them. My son has gone utterly mad due to what was done to us. I live with that TRUTH on a daily basis. It is exquisitely painful, a crying truth no one, nowhere at any time should have to live with. A completely unbelievable sorrow.

While this is NOT a great place to make this confession: I live now utterly alone, impoverished, ignored and under great stress and disability every day!! I curse Hillary Clinton every day of my life and while I don't care to see her suffer in the same fashion I have (who could wish that on anyone else), it is my prayer that someday - SOMEDAY - that woman and her horrible husband and their "friend" Al Gore face a court of justice and I get my chance to testify against her.

Enjoy her face on your newspapers while you can, America. That is the face of Pure Unadultered Greed, lieing right to your faces day after day after day.

Derek Obama, GET ELECTED if they let you. Expose their stupid corporate rot and distance yourselves from these evil corrupters!! America is going down the shithole and it needs someone with a steady hand at this point. I do not support your zionist stance, Obama. When you say you will keep a nuclear option on the table for Pakistan I shudder and long, suffering days in which I can write and post nothing. I was shocked when the lawyers came out and supported you.

But you have a GIFT, a gift that in her usual selfish way, she would deny you being turned to advantage to yourself - and to the benefit of not just American people but people around the globe.

This is no time for debates about racism and sexism, this is the FINAL HOUR which BuZh and the Clinton Cos have brought on and the victims of their ruthlessness are legion and widely unknown and totally silenced.

I will NOT be silenced! I've paid dearly for (1) sticking up for Leonard Peltier; (2) trying to protect my son from a DARPA agent and (3) exposing rendition and lack of due process back in 1994 in the mainstream press. It is truly a wonder I am alive, I must be here for some purpose.

If that purpose is to expose even one more time the LIES that are HiLIARy and William Clinton, then I'll take that opportunity today.

And Barak - get some guys with big fat mitts and sock her right down!! If you care one whit about the future of America and your children, sock her right down!!

Suddenly, everyone was in the mood for love. Would the scream team turn into the dream team?

After Thursday’s Democratic debate, CNN’s Carol Costello said there were “heart palpitations” and “ripples of joy” in the glittery Kodak Theater audience at the idea of a Hillary-Obama or Obama-Hillary ticket, after he was gallant with her and she laughed gaily with him.

How could Hollywood not fall in love with Hollywood’s favorite plot? After lots of sparking and sparring, the couple falls into each other’s arms in the last scene.

The would-be matchmakers didn’t seem to know that in Hollywood, couples who have chemistry on screen often don’t like each other off screen, and ones who are involved off screen often don’t have any chemistry on screen.

And so it is with Barack and Hillary. Thursday night was not the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Just a beautiful, dare we say, fairy tale.

Hillary is done with playing a supporting role to a political natural. And why would Obama want to follow in the frustrated footsteps of Al Gore, who became Bill Clinton’s vice president only to find that the job was already taken by Hillary? Think about being third banana to Billary? There won’t be any Dick Cheney-style coup in Hillary’s White House.

“Can you imagine being in that position?” a member of Team Obama said tartly. “Well, neither can he. It’s just part of their campaign to marginalize him. I think they’re pushing every freaking button they can right now.”

Team Obama refers to the Clinton campaign as “Jaws” because “just when things are quiet, they keep trying to come back and capsize the boat.”

A more accurate snapshot of the frosty Clinton-Obama relationship came on a frosty December day in a scorching encounter that is now known simply as “the tarmac moment.” On Dec. 13, the two senators were preparing to board their private planes, parked next to each other at Reagan National Airport, to go back to Iowa for a debate. Hillary sent word to Obama that she wanted to talk to him. Obama’s aides figured that she wanted to make a pro forma apology for the comments of Billy Shaheen, the Clinton co-chairman in New Hampshire, who had told The Washington Post that Republicans would pounce on Obama’s confessions of cocaine and marijuana use in his late teens. Shaheen would step down the next day, but Camp Obama did not think the slam was a mere slip of the tongue.

In front of her plane, Hillary apologized to her rival about Shaheen. Obama replied that he was concerned at the pattern of insinuations and attacks from her supporters and that a message needed to be sent from the top that sharp attacks were not, as Hillary had put it, “the fun part.” He brought up another recent example: the Clinton volunteer in Iowa who had been asked to leave after forwarding sleazy e-mail falsely claiming that Obama was a Muslim.

Then, according to witnesses from the Obama camp, Hillary got very agitated and was “flapping her arms.” All her simmering grievances spilled out during the 10-minute talk. She was still furious about David Geffen’s searing interview with me the previous February, charging that she and Bill lie with such ease “it’s troubling.” While Geffen’s fund-raiser for Obama spurred the column, Obama knew nothing about the interview until it appeared. Hillary was also angry that Obama had called her “disingenuous,” telling Newsweek that it was a contradiction for her to claim that her tenure as first lady gave her more experience but then refuse to release her first lady papers from Bill’s library, saying she had no control over them.

At some point, an Obama intimate recalled, he “gently put his hand on her arm to chill her out.” The tall senator often leans down to put a friendly hand on the shoulder of his fellow senators — male and female — on the Senate floor, and they seem charmed by the gesture.

But Senator Clinton and her circle were not. They had been surprised and troubled by what they saw as his attempt to grab her arm and hold her in place while they talked, an unpleasant flashback to Rick Lazio getting in her space. As Queen Bee of the Clinton hive, Hillary has created a regal force field that can be breached only with permission, so something that wasn’t even a jostle was perceived as a joust.

The encounter seemed to have steeled them both. Hillary, to knock back the upstart who had unexpectedly gotten in her way, and Obama, who came away feeling that, for all of Hillary’s outer strength, she was afraid of him in some ways, and for all of her supposed poise, she had a more spiky temperament than he had realized.

But on Thursday, when he leaned down to whisper and put his hand on her shoulder, she looked up at him with a glowing smile. They really should have taken home gold statuettes.

Newsweek’s “Crooked Claims” In Defense of Hillary Clinton Illegalities

We must be making some progress in our effort to break the media blockade surrounding Paul v Clinton et al and its evidence of illegalities directed by Hillary Clinton with Bill’s help, that won Hillary a seat in the US Senate and allowed her to avoid accountability ever since.

Today, seven years after Robert Novak broke the story of Peter Paul’s claims against Hillary Clinton’s election fraud, Newsweek finally deigned to publish a story on the subject. , outsourced by Newsweek to Factcheck.org’s disgraced Time Magazine reporter Viveca Novack, pretended to debunk the recently released unedited 13 minute trailer of the 63 minute unfinished documentary Hillary! Uncensored and Peter Paul’s 7 year crusade to expose Hillary’s frauds to the American people.

This journalistic equivalent of a plugged up colostomy bag takes first prize for its pandering to Clinton apologists who believe that the Clinton Real-Politik trumps the Rule of Law, and any effort to challenge and expose clear evidence of Hillary’s blatant contempt for following the law is a right wing attack job.

The most telling omission that is emblematic of the numerous misrepresentations and material omissions presented by Ms Novack’s story, is its complete silence on Hillary Clinton’s statements to the Washington Post in August 2000, before her election, that she vowed not to take any money from Peter Paul and she declared he had not given any money at all to her largest fundraising event. Then, nine days later she had her finance director fax a new demand that Paul wire untraceable securities worth $100,000 to illegally benefit her campaign through a state committee.

The Department of Justice in May, 2005, told the jury in the criminal trial of Hillary’s finance director David Rosen, that in fact peter Paul was Hillary’s largest donor because he gave more than $1.2 million to pay all expenses for Hillary’s largest fundraiser, the same one Hillary assured voters through the Post that Paul had given no money at all towards!

The article’s mischaracterizations are clearly intended, like the Washington Post Sunday Magazine 8000 word Cover Story in October, 2005 and the New York Times 3000 word story in March, 2005, to insulate and sanitize the impact of Paul’s imminent discovery and trial date to be set in the Clinton civil fraud case pending in Los Angeles.
