Mukasey won't address waterboarding, backs telco immunity

Appearing before Congress for the first time since his confirmation hearings, Attorney General Michael Mukasey continued to duck and wave on the hot subject of waterboarding. He wouldn't pronounce it torture even in cases where US citizens were involved.The AG also played loyal Bush servant in pushing for a FISA expansion and telco immunity.
